Thanks friends for your kind words. Its so good of you to respond to my whingey posts! I was a little bit worried about waiting til day 6 for transfer, but on this site it talks about blastocysts being formed on day 5 or 6 so hopefully its ok.

Not sure what my distraction tactics will be for the rest of the day. I was trying to do a bit of work that I'd brought home with me as I've decided as the transfer is so late in the week to take next week off as well, and am feeling a bit guilty having been off all of this week too. Will also try to get out in the sunshine this afternoon for a bit of a walk. Saving the trashy novels and DVDs (I've got the whole of Cold Feet, although must admit I'd forgotten how pregnancy/baby dominated the first series was) to immerse myself in once the embies are back and I'm s'posed to be lying down.

Monring. I have my second attempt at embryo transfer at 3.30 this afternoon. Embryos still on the slow side - only one is compacting (I think she said) which I think they should have been doing yesterday, or even the day before. But I'm going to try to focus on the positive - they'll be able to choose the best ones at this point, and everything about this cycle has taken longer than it normally would. Also, the sun's shining and its supposed to be the hottest day of the year so far, so I will be doing some relaxing in the garden! Love

All the best for this afternoon - I will keep my fingers crossed that everything goes ok for you.

Let us know how you get on when you feel up to it and let me have your test date and I can add you to the list.

Hugs, PMA and Baby Dust.

Dear All

Just checking to let you know that I'm still OK - and enjoying the Yorkshire (for once!) sunshine.

Didn't report in yesterday as had one of the 'mad' days where I couldn't take any more and wasn't doing it anymore... A good sleep last night cured all that negative attitude. I guess everyone goes through at least one of those days.

Not much else to report. Sore boobs, stomach cramps (minimal) and bloated tummy - the usual.

Good luck to everyone else - and well done to Big J. I was over the moon when I read about you.

My boobies only hurt at night when i take of my bra, they ache all over but during the days it's only the nipple area, if i touch it!

I might test on Wednesday (1st) instead.

It's very humid aint it?
