Hi girls,

I have been posting on the Aussie/Kiwi site for a couple of weeks on behalf of my daughter (she doesn't have a computer) so I am a "hope to be nana" and learning lots.

Donna is testing on 1 June - her first full IVF cycle. Her husband has a very low sperm count - as do his two brothers (one brother and his father are OK - dont know how this happens).

Good luck to you all,
Barbara

Welcome Barbara - and loads and loads of good luck and PMA to Donna.

I have added her to the list of testers.

You're absolutely right Jill ... They often don't get credited for going through all this too ... Mine does the injections for me - which is really big for him 'cos he hates needles - so Well Done df !!

Jacqui,

Yes, I know what you mean. I feel very isolated at this stage and with no symptons to speak of, it's hard to believe that anything will happen!

Good Luck to us both!

Hello June Buddies,
I only just figured out that this is where our little list was being compiled. I'm pretty new to this site and have been fumbling about. Isn't it exciting to be on a waiting list for a test date?!?! I thought I'd never get this far. Good luck and I will be sending positive vibes out for all of us...

Hi all - like so many on here, I can't believe we have made it to this stage - Little P, could you please put me down for testing on 10 June - and now for this surreal 2ww....

Hopefully this isnt a premature question which will jinx me, but does anyone know how they calculate the baby's due date with IVF - I know that normally it is related to the date of the last AF, but we had 3+ weeks after AF before ET, so not sure how it all works - maybe number of days from ET?

Thanks
Jo

Hi Josie .. Glad ET went to plan and welcome to the 2ww !!

If you look down the left hand side, under Resources, you'll see a "Pregnancy Calculator". This gives you various options .. you can enter various dates ... and it works it out for you.

Hi again Josiemack!

I think you are pregnant 2 weeks before ET! This is when you would have ovulated in a natural cycle.

Can anyone confirm!!!! :?: :?: :!:

We nearly bumped into eachother then, Sand!

Thanks for that - I hadn't spotted the calculator. Is it new?

lol !! I'm not sure ... I noticed it during my 2ww (you know - when you're absolutely going ga ga, and will read anything - including the instructions on the toilet roll paper...).
