wow....what a response

We're darn good you know!
Julie, do you only weigh yourself once a week? they say anymore than that and it's easy to get hung up in the tiny changes vs. the overall direction eg. down!
Daisy, I'll have to overcome my fear of dogs first

I might ask if I can walk with her. We're very new to the neighbourhood so would like to make friends if possible. I find it very difficult. My Norwegian is OK but not brilliant so making good local friends is hard. Dog talk might just do it!
Becky. The gardening sounds lovely and esp. if you're doing things with real meaning like the trees. Yes you're right, they say swimming is fab as it puts no pressure on joints etc.
Christine. Swimming for 2 hours? that's a HUGE amount of time. I like swimming but not that much! Yoga sounds lovely. I need to get myself sorted but with summer, the holidays etc. it will have to be new classes in the autumn when, hopefully, I'll be pg again.
Denise. You're my role-model, running with the children indeed! Makes me feel like a slug!
Nes. Fantastic attitude! Don't worry about posting the weak moments, we all have those. We'll just be proud of what we can do each day. Anything too ambitious and we're just making life more difficult and who needs that?
Today is a half day so I'm going to walk to collect DD. It's only about 20mins but uphill on the way back. I usually drive but it's sunny (but cold) so can wrap up warm and try to power walk both ways. Finally, the chance to exert myself.
