dreaded 2ww

Post by flossy186 »

Hello all fellow ivf ladies. Where do i start ? Im new to this forum so forgive me if my abbreviations are wrong!

Im on my second cycle of IVF and currently on the awful two week wait.
ET was Thursday 26th May and since last thursday Ive had 'pains' and cramping every day most of the day sinc as if my period is about to start. Has anyone else had this and then gone on to get a positive result? I cant test til Friday10th and the tension is awful.! My boobs are so painful and veiny! (nice!) so im looking as a positive sign , but as last time didnt work , it is hard to be optimistic. Will be great to hear from anyone who can offer me advice and im now going to start reading up on everyone else....

Best of luck to you all..

Hi and welcome to the site.

There is a thread called June 05 - 2ww and you might find it useful to jump in there and share experiences with other girls currently going through the dreaded 2ww time.

Veiny boobs hey - that's certainly a good sign - stay positive and keep focusing and that good outcome.

If you would like me to I will add you to the list of testers (June 05 Test Dates Thread) - just let me know if you want to go on the list.

Good luck and loads of hugs and PMA

I'm at the stimming stage - hoping for EC this w/e. I have been through this before and have had early miscarriage so am trying a new approach.

Take care of yourself and I will add you to the list.

Side affects at the moment, absolutely shattered all the time, starting to feel (and look) bloated, headaches and very, very moody   :x - DH is now happily disappearing to work in the morning

How are you feeling?

I'm with the ARGC in London. I was elsewhere before but I won't say where because at the moment I haven't a nice word to say about them :x

Keeping everything very tightly crossed at the moment.

How are you all by the way?

LP .. I ordered the book from HFEA and it arrived a couple of days ago ... it's quite interesting ... The ARGC's results really stand out. I was showing them to df last night. You've got everything to be +ve about ..!!

I know what you mean, they are outstanding aren't they - I've gone from bottom of the table to top

Trying to stay positive is very hard isn't it - I forgot how difficult each stage is  :?

I hope that everyone is doing great - come on those POSITIVES :D
