Dear all

We are all so busy! As I was reading everyones news I had an hilarious thought (I always laugh at my own jokes  )

Imagine all the JuJu jelly babes living together Big Brother style :!: . Can you imagine, firstly all the emotion (we would make excellent TV) and then the drugs.

Where would we store them? Huge fridge?

Then the commentary....'It is 7am and Lumi is in the bedroom about to inject for 18 th day running'

'Liitle P is in the diary room asking BB where she should store Heparin'

I think I am cracking up!!!!!!

Love to you all....Lumi xxxxx

wow Lumi, I love your idea.

We could also have the rich and poor side where the poor side had no hankies for the emotional days and the punishment could be sloppy music and sad tv! lol. I don't think we would get many viewers though we would depress them all on our down days and totally confuse them on our up days lol! We could also see all the scatty things we do.

Serious note now. I have just looked at the results board and I am so sorry for all the sadness around this month.

Little p. Have you got another 16 weeks until ec and et???? Injecting into the tummy isn't as bad as you think, I have a few bruises but it isn't as painful as you think. I also cried when I saw the injections in the hospital and could have quite easily said no I'm not doing it - glad I didn't. I do my jabs standing up, don't know why it just happened that way.

Faith - roll on AF!!
Caroline - hope you had a fantastic day it sounds wonderful.
Everyone else - keep going girls,it will all be worth it.

Watching with hope and admiration for everyone x

Lumi

   What an excellent idea: Big Brother Does IVF - that would raise a few eyebrows and certainly teach all those naive people a lot about the ins and outs of the treatment

Leanne

The Heparin injection started yesterday and if I get a BFP then I have to continue until 16 weeks :!: I don't care how much I hate needles, this time I am praying that I'm given the chance to keep going until I'm at least 4 months pregnant :!:

DH did the tummy injection last night and he was really careful - there is a slight bruise, but I guess there's not a lot one can do about that.

How are you all getting on?

Love and hugs

Little P

What a brilliant idea I would love to watch you all in the BB house!!!

Little P
I think the end is in sight for you ,then the dreaded 2ww! I honestly can't remember about the heparin I think if it is hot put it in the fridge but make sure you don't freeze it, usually there is a note on the info that says store between 2 temps, if in doubt phone the manufactures I always do they are usually pretty helpful. Or just go with the clinic they do it all the time!

I am off for a reflexology appointment in a minute only booked it this afternoon a bit of a spur or the moment thing!

My mum and I had a fantastic day out, thank you. The restaurant is at the Bath Priory hotel if any of you ever really want to treat yourselves - you'd have to have big bucks to stay there but being local it's lovely for lunch. We sat in the garden in the sunshine having our drinks before lunch (just water!) and our tea afterwards (I know, I know, but it was darjeeling which is really light so I reckon it doesn't count as much). Then we went to see An Inspector Calls which was just brilliant. And when I got home there were 3 big boxes of plants waiting that I'd ordered off the internet, so it was like Christmas. Only hotter.

Little P, I reckon if you've got to 2 blood tests a day then definitely you're getting close. How are you doing with the water?

Leanne I can't think of anything much worse than sad days with no hankies! Would we all have to blow our noses on our sleeves?

Ellie, have a lovely reflexology session. I always find that really relaxing.

hope everyone else is doing ok

Hi there

I'm managing just under 4 litres of water and 1 litre of milk - anymore and I would pop :!:

I have to admit I am really starting to swell up around the middle area now - I know this feeling all too well :D

Having a blood test in the morning and they reckon I will be back in the afternoon. They have said that my IVIG will either be Friday or on the day of EC. They don't have a definite date for EC yet, but I think it will be this w/e - of course I will update as soon as I know.

Ellie - I hope that you enjoyed your reflexology, I've always found it incredibly relaxing.

Thinking of all of you and sending you loads of hugs and PMA

Little P,

I like you have been prescribed Heparin and was told to keep it at below 25 degrees. Have been storing it in my dining room which is quite cool even when it is hot outside.

I was told that Heparin would cause more bruising than other injections because of it's blood thinning properties. I have almost found the bruising reassuring as it shows that the drugs are working!

That's a good positive way of looking at it - I have a couple of bruises now (only done two injections) so I shall look on them as my very own "work in progress!" :D

Are you having Heparin for NK cells or for another reason.

Are you close to EC day?

Sorry to be nosey :!:

Little P,

I'm taking heparin for borderline Lupus antibodies which apparently means that my blood does not clot properly which can stop implantation.I must admit I have lots of red dots on my leg at the moment! I haven't been able to face injecting my tummy yet but may have to as I run out of space in my left leg (my right leg hurst even when I use ice!)

I had my embryo transfer of 2 blastocysts on Monday on a FET cycle (I now have 4 blastocysts left and 7 day 3 embryos).

Trying to stay positive but after this many failures it can be hard! Have not gone totally nuts this time which is a first.

Am working from home today to minimise stress whislt keepng my mind occupied!

Well done on the transfer - I'm sorry I didn't wish you luck before, but I'm glad that they are snuggling down nicely now. I'm sure the Implantation Imp will be doing his stuff as we speak :D :!:

Do you want me to add you to the test dates thread?

You take good care of yourself and remember get plenty of R&R.

Big hugs, PMA and huge amounts of Baby Dust to you.

Little P,

Thanks for the baby dust!

I haven't really been posting so far but might have to to stop myself from going mad!

Hi all

Kagome - good to see you back and focusing on the future. That's good news about AF, I will keep my fingers crossed that everything goes well at the scan and you start. :D

How are you feeling - you certainly sound positive.

Big hugs

Thought I would update:

Just got back from my second visit to London today. I have another blood test and a scan and he was happy with what he saw - again to me loads of black holes, but at least they are getting bigger :D Apparently the Endo Elf has been kind and it is coming along nice - just need Follie Fairy and Endo Elf to hang around a little while longer.

EC won't be Saturday - could be Sunday or Monday - and they will more than likely do IVIG after EC, but before ET.

Waiting for phone call from them to let me know tonight's protocol and whether or not they have a better indication on dates.

No doubt I will back there tomorrow to give yet more blood

Well, I hope that you are all doing alright!!

Big hugs and huge amounts of PMA to you all
