1) Cereal for supper last night.
2) 1.5 mile speed walk in the park paired with 20 minute arm/tummy exercizes in front of the tv

I also went on a house-cleaning spree that lasted 3 hours and had me running up and down the basement stairs and the second story stairs A LOT, carrying heavy things. I feel like I had two workouts yesterday.

That's the last time I'll clean before we hire someone to do it the week of the wedding. This house is 3,800 sq ft not counting the basement, and I just can't do it that week and get any bride stuff done too. And the best part is.... dh is the one who insisted on the help! :D But of course, I had to clean beforehand

Woohoo!
I am finally feeling better after surgery. Surgery sucks! I am now offically back down to my pre-IVF weight. I am eating many small meals ( wow that really works), and I have been drinking my water.
I am using the stitches from surgery as an excuse not to exercise, but those come out Friday and then no more excuse.

ah yes...the wanderer returns and probably packing an extra kg too. What what a lovely few days of eating, eating, eating...... all my good habits went RIGHT out the window. OUT went the porrage and IN came the toast with butter and cheese. Lots of wine too....I'm not listing the negs (did I mention giant Toblerones and boxes of Dime bars????) but oooh it was all lovely!

It rained heavily for the 5 days my parents were here + is cold (c.5 degrees) so no walking in the woods for us. Lots of sitting inside doing suduko which we all love. Brain exercise I suppose :) Julie, yes they brought over a pedometer but it was shockingly bad (free with Walkers crisps - what did they expect??) and shook 40 steps to and from the stereo - I wish!! I'll buy one when I'm in the UK at month end.

Won't do much of anything healthy today, will post better news tomorrow!

Let's keep the motivation going!
Debra.

Hello everyone - doing ok I see

Rita you are an inspiration with your walks

Debra - brain exercise is good my DH loves suduko :D

Mia - great news to be back to your preIVF weight - keep up the good work

I am doing ok (cold is finally on it's way out)

Weighed yesterday 2llbs off this week which I am really pleased about :D So I am inspired to carry on eating good - but last week I did very little exercise because of the cold so will struggle to persuade myself this week

So far so good though - good point - did two gym classes last night :D

Keep up the good work

Julie, another 2lbs is excellent, you must be delighted. You can be MY inspiration and as long as we all inspire each other, we'll all get to our goals!

I'm just polishing off the museli bread + Toblerone but then back on track tomorrow......

Me too!!!! Was reading Debra's post and felt my mouth watering...

Have been trying to keep chocolate away but whenever AF's on the way it's hopeless!

Gonna walk after dinner, had an early morning and a late night working so couldn't get up on time...

Had plenty of water and sticking to my whole cereal foods - it does work, you feel full longer and "lets things out" much better if you know what i mean...

Keep up the good work !

Had to have chocolate yesterday after reading about toblerone - but I was really good and had a heathly living tescos (supermarket) choc pudding which is within my daily points allowance

Debra - yes I was really pleased with two pounds makes me average 1.5llbs a week which is perfect and about what I did two years ago. All my summer trousers are a smaller size so I need to lose the weight to get into them if nothing else!!

Rita - you are doing great with the walking - are you trying to lose weight specfically or just generally be heathly?

Hope everyone else is doing ok :?: There are soo many temptations out there :!: :!:

Hi all

Think I enjoyed my birthday a bit TOO much, ended up with mild food poisoning  , so haven't really eaten much this week  although have drank plenty of water

Have to say that after reading this though I really want to go to the shop and buy a Toblerone
