NERVOUS ABOUT THE WHOLETHING,MY LAST CYCLE I HAD 95% FERTILISATION AND THIS TIME IT WAS ONLY 30 FOR SOME REASON I DONT KNOW.I HAD 2 4CELL EMBROYS TRANSFFERRED ON DAY3 BUT I AM NOT SO HOPEFUL.THANKS

Good luck and fingers crossed that your treatment will be positive. 4 cell embryos sound really good / top grade. Whatever the grade the main thing is to stay positive and start visualising those embies settling down. You've got nothing to lose by being positive. So More PMA PMA PMA !!!!!
There are people on this site who have become pregnant on low grade embryos, and on my first go I had a negative with some fantastically graded embryos, and now pregnant with an average embryo.
So dont worry about how many cells etc just concentrate on them implanting.

We had half IVF half ICSI. 12 eggs. None of the IVF fertilised. They injected 5 of the 6 picked for ICSI and 4 fertilised. We were using DH's sperm frozen prior to chemotherapy and they said it was good quality and they didnt know why the IVF fertilisation failed.
They transfered 2 3 cell embryos 2 days after EC. They didnt mention grade or quality, just said they only transfered between 2 and 4 cell.
I am now 9 1\2 wks pregnant with 1.
I have heard a lot of stories about embryos not necessarily been top grade but still implant and heard of a lot of people with top grade embryos which dont implant.
Did you have ICSI or IVF? Ive read the average fertilisation rate for IVF is 60% with 'normal' sperm count/motility.
