Hello

Cannot sleep so surfing for awhile and found this site.Am due to have embryo transplant (sure there is a medical name)tomorrow or rather today now! Never thought we would ever get this far & I can't believe how supportive you all seem to be. I can't talk to anyone about the treatment really as I hardly know the in's & out's so cannot expect my family/close friends to understand- bless them.

Well that's all really- will check out site tomorrow nite as expect everyone is tucked up in bed by now.

Good luck to you all.

Dawn :)

ICSI

Hi Dawn,

I start work really early so always have a wee surf in the morning, just to say welcome to the site!! I am one of the ICSI success stories, we have beautiful 6 month old twins after our first attempt at ICSI last year. All I can say is after your Egg transfer please rest. The advice varies but I was advised form this site to take at least three days off and do nothing but rest and be pampered (hubbies tend to oblige!!)

Whatever happens use this site to keep you sane in the 2 week wait (2ww) till you test, and the chat room has been known to spark some brilliant discussions...though not all directly related to IVF!!! Whatever we are all here to support you and answer those daft questions that you worry about at three in the morning or 2.30 in your case.

Keep in touch and take care
Nicky
