Hi Megan ... Em .. I suppose one won't kill you (well, it might ..) ... You need to be packing your body will real food. Any processed stuff you eat rids your body of nutrients. You're defeating the object ! Think about your baby embies crying out for nutrients .. !

You should be eating fruit and veg not burgers. But I guess 1 wont hurt as long as thats all. :)

Megan, I'm sure it can but why do you want it to? If you're talking once or twice a month as a treat, no worries, but more than that and you're not giving yourself or your baby what is needed.

'A little of what you fancy does you good' isn't a bad maxim, emphasis though on the 'little'. :D

I have the odd naughty thing but then compensate with lots of the healthy stuff! If you 'cheat' make sure it doesnt replace a healthy meal! Then you wont feel guilty :D

I agree Becky. I now use my little mincer and mince my own steak for burgers (and add onion and corriander) - something I wouldnt have dreamed of before this IVF stuff!

OK OK, I'm keeping the cheesburger thing under wraps and eating sweet potatoes and wheat germ instead, but it's not easy. I wake up in the middle of the night thinking about cheesburgers for breakfast. Scary...[/code]

Megan can you make your cheeseburgers at home?

we have a little mom and pop restraunt here and they make great
homemade hamburgers..

you should just try and eat foods that dont have alot of unnatuarl stuff in them.....
