Advice on FET please

Hello, it's been sometime since I have been on this site as I had failed IVF ICSI in August and then took tome out from all the IVF thing. Now I am back and hoping to go with FET in January but need advice on when the FET would take place on a natural cycle and on a drug assisted cycle, if anyone can give me any advice I would really appreciate it.<br><br>Lots of Love and Luck to you all Natalie X

hello Natalie<br><br>I had my first FET in October after my first IVF failed in May this year. They did the transfer on day 17 of my natural cycle and I think my embies were 4 days old at that point. I don't know how they work it out or if it depends how many days old the embies are, but just wanted to let you know what mine was. I had an hcg jab on the day of et and then another 5 days later and am so pleased to be able to say am now nearly 8 weeks pregnant.<br><br>Good luck with your FET and hope you have success too.<br><br>Sarah

Hi Natalie<br>I am doing an FET at the moment. Day 6 to be precise.<br>This is my second one and hopefully will work. Doing it on a natural cycle is so much easier as there are no or very few drugs, but the percentages are lower of it working. But hey Sarah's pregnant so it must work. <br>Good luck in January keep us posted as to how you get on.<br>Lol<br>Lissa<br>xx

Hi Natalie<br><br>i am on day 1 of 2ww following a drug assisted cycle. i started initially last month on natural cycle but got to day 14 and found my lining wasn't thick enough so abandoned it and started again from day 2 of next cycle using buserelin inj and then HRT from day 9. Had ET day 16 and now still on HRT as well as cyclogest pessaries.<br><br>Hope that helps<br>love<br>Sandra<br>
