Holly - don't give up yet - there's many people on here convinced it's not worked and then it does - hang in there - I know it's a way of protecting yourself but try and stay as positive as possible and if the worst does happen then you'll deal with that then (with lots of support from us too) but don't give up yet because you could be putting yourself through unnecessary anguish. Hope you feel a bit soon......it's all a bit of an emotional rollercoaster this infertility thing!!!

I am no where near my 2ww (don't think I'm ready for it yet mentally ), but am waiting for AF to arrive to have baseline scan and get go ahead to start with menopur....looks like my EC will be sometime w/c 18th July and then dreaded 2ww after that!!!

Looking forward to catching up with you all and see how everyone progresses!

Lumi - have put message for you on other thread, but can never send enough luck - so GOOD LUCK for Thursday!!!

Thought i would finally join the 2ww thread.
Is there anyone apart from me and holly actually on the 2ww just now?
How are you holding up holly?
Lumi, not long til you'll be here too, good luck with your e/t.
It's only day 5 for me, mine is a 17 day wait for some reason.
I've had lots of strange feelings going on in my tummy the last couple of days, little niggling pains and quite a sickly feeling, i know it's still a bit too early for anything to be happening, and it's not any side effects from drugs coz i ain't on any, so i think maybe it's just nerves.
Right now i'm not feeling positive at all, i just don't want to build my hopes up and then be crushed if it's not meant to be.
Gotta go check on the dinner, having a late one tonight as DH is on back shift.

Hi girls,
Just bringing this to the top to welcome the 3 new additions to the 2ww.
Lumi, Sammy and Caroline, hope all your e/ts went well, welcome to the 2ww.
Holly, how is the booby flashing going? lol. Are you having any symptoms yet?

I'm almost half way through it now. I'm still having the odd sickly feeling in my tummy and the niggling pains are getting quite strong at times now, not sure what to make of it, one minute i'm thinking, yeah this is good it's implantation pains, next minute i'm thinking it's AF pains as i'm due on Wednesday and knowing my luck it'll actually start on it's due date for the first time since i started treatment back in March.
Hope everyone is keeping well and is feeling a lot more positive than i am.
Better go and make a start on dinner, DH will be home soon and if dinner is ready for him coming home he'll have no excuses to get out of taking me to the cinema tonight, i really want to see the new War of the Worlds film.

Michelle, I think that sounds really positive - the sicky feeling and things - I've never had anything like that. Can't wait to join you on the old wait - mine starts next Wed (6th July).

Holly - you made me laugh with your boob flashing - can't believe DH is getting annoyed - start flashing them out the window that'll wind him up - my DH gets really cross with what the neighbours will think when I do it - (which isn't often but now and again when I want to see him squirm)!!

How are things going with you guys Lumi, Sammy, Caroline?

How are you Sandra - any news yet on moving clinics? I said I'd keep nagging you!!

Joanne - how are you and when are you going to join us on the 2ww? I've got confused again with dates!

Hi girls

I missed you yesterday as DH wouldnt let me log on - bed rest for me!

ET was very smooth, I felt so nervous until I knew embies were dividing. All 4 had survived the thaw but 2 were better that the rest - both top grade and 'text book' quality (at least that is what the doctor told us!) so they were returned. (Last time they were average.) one was 2 cell and the other 4 cell. They look so cute on the little piccie!! This has helped me keep up the PMA!!!

My bladder was SO full it made transfer painful, but they could see the image clearly so it was worth it! I was worried I was going to wee!

SO I AM ON MY 2WW AT LAST!!!!!!!

Michelle, how's it going? Sicky feelings sound good......
Holly, Still boob flashing? I drove dh mad with questions about boobs last time
