ANYONE NEED THE ZITA WEST BOOK

I bought a copy of the book and ended up panicking about all the do's and dont's that i only got through a couple of chapters and since then it has been filed away. Due to move in the few weeks so happy for it to go to someone who wants it.

Any one interested please let me know and i will pop it in the post as soon as i retrieve it from its hiding place (not sure where, but i know i have got it!!!)

I would love to have the book...I went to see Zita West in person in Jan 2003, and she became my guru!! However she gave me photocopied handouts, so obviously she hadn't written her book then...
