Leanne .. I was just going to say LittleP and her result on Monday ... It's definitely something I want to look into as well.

The Zita book isn't all just common sense. Pls read it, and you'll see areas where you can have a real impact.

I don't feel as bad as I was expecting too, I have had a good cry and Dh has been great. I am just so desperate to get going again, I don't like the in between times. We are moving house in 2 weeks - from Northern Ireland to England so lots to occupy me with at the moment, then need to find a new clinic.

Which Zita West book is the best to get????
