Sounds like your levels are doing exactly what they should do.

For the first few days they should be doubling every 2-3 days, then it slows down slightly to doubling every 3-4 days.

There is no way, other than the scan, of telling whether or not you are carrying twins. You could start with a very high level and still only have one baby in there. It also depends on what day they took the first test (ie from a 3-day or 5-day transfer you will either be day 19 or 17 taking day 1 as the date of the HCG injection). It is all very complicated but really until you have the scan you won't be able to know. There are several websites discussing beta levels but again they can't predict the outcome.

Well, seven out of nine thawed!
We are now waiting for them to divide, since they were only at 2 cell. I will get news today how many of them are growing, and then we are scheduled for a tomorrow transfer!

hi it's me sammy, sorry to report another BFN...I really hate being infertile, I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy
