Hi Girls.
I'm not even sure I dare to write the words but it would appear that I'm pregnant !!
As you know DH and I had a failed attempt back in November and decided that we were going to try again in the New Year and just try to enjoy Christmas in the mean-time. Well AF was due on Wednesday and having been a regular 28 day girl, I had a hpt left over from November so this morning I thought what the hell....and there it was, faint - but definitely there!!!!
Oh my GOD !!!!
DH had left for work so I haven't even told him yet !!!

I'm not sure how I feel. Some of you may remember that I've been pg twice before and both ended in MC so i'm trying to stay grounded but at least my consultant was right when she said that women were "super-fertile" after failed IVF. We'd tried not to even think about the possibility of falling naturally and had been trying to get back to normal. Oh my GOD!!

Apart from some serious AF pains i don't even feel pg. My boobs don't hurt which was a really strong indicator on my previous pgs, maybe it's a good sign that this time is different.....Please God let it be !!

I'll stop rambling now but just had to share the news with someone.

To everyone else who is testing today I'm sending HEAPS of love and positive vibes your way and keeping EVERYTHING crossed.

Love to all
Terri
xxxxxx

Terri Sweetie
You are PREGNANT! When I tested last week (3 tests actually) all the lines were really faint so I phoned the hospital and they said any line at all, however faint, means that you are PG. I can't tell you how thrilled I am for you and dh....your consultant sounds wonderful! I am sure you are PG, so take it easy and don't get over-excited (easy to say I know). Also, I'm just over 5 weeks I think and the only signs I have is that in the last couple of days my boobs are now the size of water melons and hurt like crazy in the evening.
CONGRATULATIONS.
Love, Michelle
Terri
Oh My!! Fantastic news - here's fingers and legs crossed for you.
Can't believe it! Especially after you were talking about giving it all up and going to run a bar somewhere! Really excited for you.
Lots and lots of love
Lissa
xxx
Teri

That is great news, I am really happy for you, I bet you can't wait to tell DH!?!?!?

What a way to start the Christmas season.

Thanks you sharing your fantastic news with, everyone who gets a positive result gives us all hope.

CONRATULATIONS

Love Mags
xxxx
Oh Terri, well done you!!!

You must be over the moon and you got it free too!!!!!

bet you can't wait to tell dh!!

take it easy now

love sarah x
Hi Terri,
Wow, congratulations!!!! I really hope this does work out for you! Like you, I also have been pg twice! I think anyway! When I had a blue line last year, I went to the GP, he did tests a week later after a very bad period, and then told me I probably hadn't been in the first place and it was a false reading! It happened again in September, this time I hadn't done a test because I don't believe in doing them until I am at least a week late after the first miss-hap. 4 days late and another horrible period! BIG TIME! What can I say, GP not interested, told me I was obsessed on the matter. Nurse however was wonderful!

Well, sorry about my waffling, great news and it certainly gives us hope that IVF isn't the only way!!!
Savannah

Wow Terri, what totally fanastic news!

Only just logged on and there are 3 success stories already.

You and your hubby must be absolutely delighted (was it your hubby who was angry with the consultant for giving false hope? Mmmm...
me thinks someone will be eating a big piece of humble pie!).

Massive congratulations to you both.

Suzanne.x
