TEST DATE

Post by Karron »

Sandra

I am slightly confused myself. I was told to test 2 weeks after embryo transfer, so I counted the day of embryo transfer (Wednesday) as day one which would make Tuesday 19th as day 14, but a friend of mine has told me that you have to test 2 weeks to the day which would make it Wednesday 20th, so I am just going to test on both days, although still not feeling confident.

Hi everyone - yes Sandra AF pains still going - am willing the bleeding to start today because that's what's happened with all my other cycles. If I'm going to get a negative - I'd rather bleed first than have all the anticipation of going to test having not bled. Anyway, hope everyone else is doiing welol - sounds like there might be two or three positives coming up (I won't name them as don't want to jinx them but their signs sound very good) Keep positive everyone, Love Cherylxx

Hi Karron

I had my EC on a monday and my HCG blood test on the monday 2 weeks later. My clinic counted this as day 13.(So I work this out as counting ET day(which was 2 dys after EC for me) as day 1. Hope this helps!
Good luck with your test!

FAINT BROWN LINE

Post by Karron »

Hi All

It is negative paranoid me again, asking for more advice. I have felt for the last week that Aunt Flo is on her way. I am not due to test until Tuesday/Wednesday. I have today noticed a faint brown line running from the top of my pubic area to my belly button, any ideas what this is?

Good luck to you all.

Love & hugs

I AM SO IMPATIENT

Post by Karron »

Hi Everyone

Is it just me or do all of you get more and more impatient the closer you get to your test dates. Well I have to confess again I have used one of those sticks that we should all keep out of the house until test day.

I done one of Friday and got a BFN, I done another one this morning and there was a very, very, very faint line. I done another one when I got home this evening and again there is a very, very faint line. You literally have to look really close to see the line but there is definitely a faint line there. Has this happened to any of you. I am not due to test until Wednesday (2 weeks after embryo transfer - Sandra I had that confirmed from the Hospital). I didn't use an Early Response test this morning or this evening, I used the charlie cheapy that the hospital gave me this morning and Clear Blue this evening. Obviously the Charlie Cheapy says to use 2 weeks after Embryo Transfer and Clear Blue says you can test the day your period is due - well I haven't got a clue when that should be due because obviously my cycle has completely been messed up.

For the past week I have been feeling like Aunt Flo is on her way and have totally convinced myself that my treatment hadn't worked. I am such a fool testing early because now my head is a total mess, obviously I desperately want a positive but to get this at an early stage probably doesn't mean anything. I have had a raging headache all day and have not been able to concentrate at work at all, I am completely away with the fairies now.

My boobs have stopped hurting, which I would imagine is not good news as my friend who got a BFN last week said that her boobs stopped hurting a few days before her test date. Would you still have sore boobs if it were a BFP - I am sending myself mad, and probably you lot as well.

Look forward to speaking to you all.

Hello everyone! I got my first Beta today....hcg level is 378! RE thinks both embies took! We are absolutely thrilled here!

Karen...I got VERY faint lines the first 2 days of the hpt's. They darkened on the 3rd and 4th days. Try not to stress too much over this hun (Like I am one to say not to stress...right?? lol). It really does sound to me as if it just might have worked for you. The soreness in my boobs has gone on and off. Some days they hurt so bad I almost cried when I put on my bra but other days not a problem. Just weird, I know.

BTW...on the way home from b/w this morning I could have sworn AF had come. I know it was ridiculous but that's just how I felt. Nothing though. I think it is just normal pregnancy cramping. I have pretty much cramped on and off the entire 2ww.

Stay positive hun.
Sending you lots and lots of baby dust!
Hugs, Chrissy

ANY IDEAS WHAT THIS MIGHT BE

Post by Karron »

Hi

I am totally freaked now, for the past hour I have got a really dark brown discharge (no blood) it is more like a muddy substance. Can anyone throw any light on what it might be. I don't think it can be an implantation bleed as I am due to test on Wednesday so would think it would be too late for implantation bleed.

Hi Karron,

I've just read this thread and you sound so anxious sweetie, please, please try and relax. I've never been on the 2ww (yet) and I know I'd probably be exactly the same, but please try not to angonise. A bit of discharge could be anything and your Hpt did have a line, albeit very faint.
I just feel for you so bad, it must be head wrecking for you!
All I can say is try and relax and keep positive for test day.

Try and have a good night's sleep, only two more to go x

Chrissy, CONGRATULATIONS!!!! on your BFP! I see you're from TX, I am too! I live in Houston, how about you?

Sand, how r you? Do you remember me? I cycled last April/May. Hope you're doin' ok.
