elleR-Yep from Texas too. I live outside Greenville about 65 miles east of Dallas. Thanks for the congrats! I am just so thrilled! I really hope you get a bfp at the end of your 2ww as well!

Karen-Please let us know how you are, hun. Try not to stress too much and stay as positive as possible. I know it's hard. Praying for you.

Of course I remember you Elle ..!! You know what we say ... no symptoms are just as good as sore boobs / AF pains etc etc ... none of it means a thing. The main thing is to keep full of PMA !! Lots and lots of +ve vibes and luck for this cycle ... You ain't got toooo long to go now.

Karron - Glad you've got a concrete date. I'll change the list.

I just started my 2ww, I am due to test on the 29th of July or the 30th. I am very nervous and excited. I kind of feel sad in a way, I think b/c I have 2 embryos inside that may not make it! The lab called and the other 4 embryos are not ready to freeze yet one has stopped and the others are slow. They will call me tomorrow!

THen I start thinking if those are slow/stopped maybe the 2 in me are too. This is so hard!!!

Hi Brooke

Just want to say I only had 4 embryos out of 12 eggs, they put 2 3 cell back (2 day transfer) and observed the other 2 to see if they could freeze. They didnt develop further. Im now 14 weeks pregnant with one.
Keep positive - they put the best ones back and it worked for me!

Hi Babl, my embryos were not good enough to freeze - even the two put inside me but i am newly diagnosed pregnant so don't lose hope - have faith in the little fighters!!

Hello ladies,

I had my IUI this afternoon so I am officially on my 2ww, although my clinic is making me wait 2 1/2 weeks!! I will be doing a blood test at the clinic to test. I am very tempted to buy a HPT when the time gets closer but DH says "NO WAY"! Must respect his wishes, plus he is right...I could use a dose of patience.

I really feel like my clinic isn't the 'friendliest' and I have a hard time getting time to ask questions and such. Since this is my first IUI and first 2ww I am really nervous and not sure of anything. But like I said before, I've learned more here on this website then from my clinic so if there is anything y'all can tell me about what to expect or if there is something I shouldn't be doing...any advise would be gratefully appreciated.

hi everyone,

It's nice to be joining a 2ww thread at long last - but it's already sending me crazy and I'm only three days into it!

America Liberty - it looks like we'll be testing at similar times because I have to wait two and a half weeks as well. It's a long time to go!
I'm feeling okay at the moment, a bit tired and a bit light-headed and I have got lower ab pains. But otherwise I'm just taking things easy and enjoying the rest!

LOL Mine is August 8.....acctually it's supposed to be the 7th but that is a Sunday and my clinic isn't open on weekends so I gotta wait the extra day! I promised my DH that I would not take an early test as he doesnt want to jinx anything....and just wants to do what the doctors tell us too! I can live with that, patience is a virture! I'm sorry if you have said before but I'm not sure: Did you do IUI or IVF?

We feel the same about testing early!
I will probably want to do it early, there's no doubt about that, but it's like tempting fate or something. We too have followed doctor's orders rigidly throughout so we don't want to falter at this stage! It'll be hard though

I am so happy to have someone going through the exact same stage and feelings as me. DH and I have struggled for 4 years by ourselves and I have had no one to turn to (other then him, but he didn't know what was going on either), this has helped so much. I just keep reminding myself that I've waited four years, what’s another 18 days!!

Easier said then done. LOL I have a little bit of pressure on my belly, feels kind of bloated. I don't know if I want to have any symptoms yet or not. Regardless, I wont know anything for sure until the blood test and I may drive myself mad wondering what every feeling means in the mean time!! Do you know what I mean?

This is the closest we have ever come to being pregnant so I am so excited and scared at the same time!

I hope we both come out of this with what we want!!!
