Hi girls
Congratulations and can I ask how you are feeling? I have been feeling constantly lousy all day and night, not being sick, but feeling as if I'm going to any minute. I wondered whether this was normal. I can eat bread and cereal products and fruit but vegetables have gone out the window and apart from beans on toast, I can't take hot food. I wake up at least once in the night for food. I am 11 weeks Wed and am hoping this will pass soon.
Anyone else feeling the same and how are you getting through it?
Lots of love
Louise XXX
Hi Lou

Sorry to hear your still feeling rough - don't have any suggestions apart from eating little and often and very bland food.

Just wanted to say, hope it passes soon. I think next week you should start to feel better and have to some new found energy(according to the books!)

Love Sarah x
Louise,

I can remember those days so well, my quesiness didn't pass till week 15 sorry!!!! and like you the thought of Fruit made me feel awful...especially oranges. I lived on fish fingers and ketchup for weeks (now can't stand them) but it will pass, and can't wait to see if either of my two hate oranges as well.

In fact perepare for the mad cravings around the 25th week...how does Licorice Comfits with peppered Mackerel grab you!!! Mmmmmmmm

Good luck with your twins and are you going to ask the sex???

Take Care
Nicky
louise poor you.
i drink loads of water a day it helps me, but like you i have been feeling rough on and off for ages now !! must admit i havent been up in the night for food yet, i was told to eat 5 small meals aday.and eat only what you fancy as the baby/babies will take the goodness out of you no matter what.
i tell ya what i seem to stomach mid morming...and thats nutragrain bars.they are full of fibre and iron/vitamins.
are you girls getting dizzy yet?? couple of times in the day i go all airy fairy..............another side affect !!

sah how are you??
beck x
Thanks for replies girls - I will buy some nutragrain bars - they sound really healthy and full of iron which I think I am lacking as I don't eat meat. Fishfingers and ketchup sound good too. I can manage chips so may have to survive on junk food and worry about losing weight after babies are born.
Nicky - those cravings sound mad, hadn't thought of those. Hope I don't start to crave meat. How many weeks are you? I want to know the sex of babies, do you know yours?
Thanks again girls and talk to you soon.
Take care and lots of love
Louise XXX
Louise,

Actually my two are now 7 months old, I just keep popping back to this site as it helped me so much throughout all my treatment. I had a girl and a boy (Rebecca and Ross)and I ate loads of junk food throughout the whole pg as like you most things made me feel ill apart form chips etc.!!! and am now 1 stone lighter than before pg....they reckon it's the twin factor (well you have to get some benefit as you are twice as big, twice as sick and twice as knackered!!).....but you do get twice the joy at the end, and it stopped my dh and me fighting over who gets to hold the baby!!

Take care over the holidays and get as much sleep as poss!!! I think I spent the whole two weeks last year just vegging on the sofa with the remote and a couple of good books......ahhhh memories.

Love
Nicky
