Has the surge happened yet.... It can happen yet i AM SURE. Whats your clinic said, have you told them?

IT FINALLY HAPPENED ~ I had my surge!!!!

I was so excited this morning to see two lines on the stick...(you’d think I got a BFP or something)

but I am so excited to just get this far.

We went in and had our IUI done early this afternoon. The clinic keeps switching doctors up on me so I never know who I am seeing, and at first he made me really nervous as he was new to the clinic but my DH told me not to worry. The procedure was painless and I was jokingly advising the doctor to be careful with my kids the whole time!!

Guess I’m officially on my 2ww, although my clinic told me to wait 18 days so I will be testing on Monday, August 8. This will probably be the longest 2 ½ weeks of my life but I am so grateful to be at this point and have nothing but positive thoughts. It was a milestone for DH and I just to get here so I am going to keep the faith and keep praying for more good news to come!!

So yes you are on the 2ww or 2.5ww. Why so long???
Are you testing at home on a HPT or at clinic??
i would test on day 14 if i were you!

I am praying it ends in a BFP too!! I will test at clinic with a blood test. I can't wait. Just trying to take it easy and staying very positive.

OK I start my clomid tomorrow.
then go in for a scan on the 30th to see where I am at. I won't be using the at home kit because the clinic will be keeping tails on me.
so here's to Aug . I think I need to tie one on tomorrow night before I do this all again.

Had a feeling it wasn't gonna work BUT STILL I hoped and prayed that maybe, just maybe it would've worked.

Nicki, AF is like watching the kettle, never boils while you watch. Mine was late too, always is when you want it to come.

Elle, I'm sorry about your news. Are you setting a date to cycle again?

Yesterday was my first official needle. No probs this time round, seems like I'm old hat with this stuff this time.

Princess, good stuff on starting the clomid. That stuff made me a little nuts, so be prepared for weird stuff! Also, drink tons of water.

Anyone want Crinone? I have a box of the stuff, and I've been switched to a different kind.

I'm back!!! I'm planning on doing another IUI next month,...it would be my 2nd IUI. But I'm going to ask my RE to put me on meds this time.
We were thinking of doing IVF/ICSI #2, but DH & I decided we'll do it if our 2nd attempt fails.
Just wanna wish everyone cycling this month, Liberty and Princess, Denise a BFP.

Nicki, I hope AF shows up soon. Take it easy.

Nicki...thank you too. I will be testing on Monday August 8th. My fingers are crossed, faith is strong and praying everyday!! My husband and I are sooo ready for this. I hope the next couple weeks go quickly!!
