Hi
Is anyone done or doing a flare cycle? My consultant has suggested this because poor reaction to long protocol (even though FSH is normal). Believe they use steroids and stimulation drugs and it is only for a 10-14 day time that you are taking drugs before hopefully egg collection. Yous start everything on 1st day of your cycle.
Any info appreciated.

I did a flare up protocol for my ivf 2 months back- my fsh was/ is?? the variable kind though.. so they suggested a flare-up and it worked!
I was on lupron and HMG for 13 days in all think and then EC nd ET in 3 days of that.. no down regging etc..
So good luck with your try and come join us on the general forum.. lots of girls cycling in September.
