September thread

I have posted on the board before but not joined a thread so if it's ok thought I would. I did an original IVF cycle in June but only ended up with 2 eggs (although FSH is okay) but bad reaction to buserelin as down regging quicker than normal that body didn't respond to stim drugs so went to an IUI which was negative. This is our last chance in SEPTEMBER to do the IVF before we move to France. We have been NHS funded and the consultant now wants to try a flare cycle with steroids, which will only be for 2 weeks from AF in beginning of September. I am a little nervous of the drugs again as seem to have ultra sensitive system.

Start approx 5th September after a long holiday in South West of France in August - with good healthy food and the occasional glass of VIN ROUGE!

Hi Julie - Nice to see you are about to cycle again. A long hol in France sounds just like a good way to prepare ...

There's quite a few girls cycling around your time - on the 'September Buddies' thread, further down this forum. Why don't you pop over there and join them ..

Hi Julie, there's a September Buddies thread further down the page, you might need to scroll down a bit but you're definitely in good company. There are lots of us cycling in Sept.
