Hi Bex,

My belief is that if you're not planning on getting bladdered every night, the odd one or two tipples won't do you any harm and are unlikely to affect your treatment in January. Why not stick to shandy's or other things well diluted with mixers so you won't feel so bad?

Better to relax and enjoy yourself - and STOP worrying, which will give you the best mental preparation you can get.

Merry Christmas

Love Fiona xxx
