How are you all?

Just when i was feeling much more positive than i have been for months...bang - my sister in law phoned to say she is pregnant again! I am happy for her but i hate feeling all this anger and jealousy. My mum who has been really supportive said today"people can't tip-top around you". I know she doesn't mean anything but it feels like my family are speaking behind my back. Am i being paranoid? I have worked so hard on getting to terms with the whole infertility thing, and was starting to take some control of it, then the "happy" news arrives. Got to face my brother and wife tomorrow as we are meeting for tea. Hope the tears stop by then. Sorry for going on, but i need to get it out.

Take care

Yvee,
You have every right to your feelings. You are not the only one to feel this way. I felt very angry after I lost the baby (see my signature). One of the things I love about this message board is that we can rant/rave/be angry if we need to and others understand that. I was a participant on another board but these ladies never seemed to feel angry or jealous like I sometimes did. I wanted to be with other women who at some point had my same feelings. It was then that I began to heal. Also moving on to another cycle helped. I was pretty negative at the beginning then my desire for a beautiful little one kicked in and I'm (mostly) all hopes and dreams...and still scared that I may get a negative or a postive and loose it again.Does this help at all????? Your feelings are NORMAL!!!!! I know you love your brother and sister in-law. Your family knows it too. If tea is too much for you, give your sister-in-law a call and tell her how much you love her and your brother but would like to alittle time(week or two) to deal with your "disappointment/sadness" so you can really show them how happy you are for them. Then buy them something really nice and send it with your DH.
On the other hand if you can do tea, then go with the nice gift. That will show your love/support if you can't express it in words right now.

Hey girls!!! I got the surge yesterday lunch time. went in for iui #1 at 4pm and going in again at 10 today. :D

The egg white mucus btw is an indication that you will be ovulating not actually ovulated. So everything is fine and dandy!!! :D

Egg white mucus when I woke, LH surge at 11:45 then in at 4pm. so that just before ovulation and this one today will be on ovulation.

Feeling so so positive about this one! :D

Test date to be confirmed though.... 23rd, 24th or 27th??? Not sure yet???

I ovulated really early.... Im on day 12 today.

Thanks for you kind words girls. I know u are here for me. Its great. Sorry I didnt get back to post last night went straight to see a freind after the iui. Needed her as dh was at work did it alone. Then just flopped in front of telly was asleep by 9:30.

I'll get back to after the iui#2 ok. x x

Yvee. hugs to you my dear. I totally understand your feelings Im sure we all do. We have the same issues with ppl getting preg. round us. It hurts I know. It's so unfair but if you want to vent it out do it here!!!

Hugs to you x xx

Nicki

Great news!!!! Will keep a look out for your test date!

Yvee

It always seems to happen that you find out others have fallen pregnant just at the very time you don't want to hear that news!!! You have to do what feels right for you at this time

Thanks for the replies - i always know i will get an honest answer from people who do know how it feels. Sometimes i feel like i am losing it, and can't show my true feelings to the people closest to me.

Katie - i think the idea about the present is great, i am going ahead with the meal thing tonight. I am sure they will be feeling anxious also. I don't want to fall out with anyone. Thanks for understanding.

Nicki - i am pleased everything is going well. I have everything crossed. Sending you lots of PMA

Thanks again for listening
Love

I have just been sleeping this afternoon, I feel really tired. I have woken now and have a pain in my side. It's higher than where my womb/tubes/ovary's are etc.... But just a little concerned. maybe I slept funny on it. I guess I will wait and see if its still there tomorrow.

Hello Everyone!!

Princess/Joy you are a sweetie...thanks for checking on me. I'm well and the wait isn't too bad. How are you?

Yvee
, thank you for the nice response. I agree with Nicki, this is the place to be "real" about your feelings. You fall inlove with the abilty to do that here.
