hey guys...i am nine days post-transfer. I was putting my wonderful estrogen suppositories in this evening when I noticed brownish spotting on my finger. My nurse said it wasn't anything to be alarmed with if I had light pink or brownish spotting, as it may be implantation bleeding. Has anybody had this same symptom?
I did not but My friend who had a natural pregnancy did. That's how I knew she was pregnant. Your uterus is sensitve so when the embryo implants it can cause some bleeding. Brown blood is old blood. If you do start with pink or red blood then you can get nervous.
Hope this helps.

I have always associated blood with loss but only coz of my outcome. BUT GREAT NEWS, my friend had a little girl two years ago with IVF but she bled througout pregnancy. BUT better news, she has just found out pregnant naturally!!! She is bleeding but scan can see sac etc - early days but gives us hope don't you think. All the treatment and heartache they went through to get their little girl as she was told both her tubes damaged. I hope and pray its gonna be alright. Gutted for me but so happy for her.
Gals! Thank you so much for your replies. Registering on this message board is so supportive!!!
I'm still spotting bluish-brown(bluish due to my estrogen suppositories) this morning, but not at all a lot. I hope & pray that this is implantation bleeding! My best friend got pregnant naturally three times. Had 2 miscarriages due to an incompetent cevix and 1 successful, beautiful baby boy! She told me the same thing. She had brown spotting around the 10th day. So I'm going to llok at this as a good sign then!
Again, lots of thanks & baby dust to all of us!!!
Sounds ok to me, implantation bleeding is about day 9.
