Hello Lucy, thanks for that - but sadly not. My FSH came back at 20! This whole process can really get you down. But I still have some frozen embies so I'm hoping to have them put back instead, especially as I have taken BCP's and spray. Going for a scan today. How are you getting on?

Oh no, your right the whole process is so difficult and drawn out.<br>Still you have the frozen embies and any chance is worth grabbing.<br><br>I am waiting for AF to turn up so I can start taking the pill for this short protocol cycle. Lucy so you are ready to start! Keep me posted.I went for a scan yesterday but after sniffing for 11 days (used up a whole bottle!) I have not supressed so I was given injections to take for another week. I had an allergic reaction to the injection on my leg yesterday bit did one again today in my stomach and all is well. I was feeling terribly demoralised re: FSH but feel a bit more hopeful now - although of course my embies may not make it through the thawing process. I will continue with the acupincture and start on chinese herbal medicine as well. <br><br>Good luck<br><br>Itried to post study but it is too long. shall I e-mail it to you?

Hi<br><br>Those down reg injections are horrible, I had them after 3 weeks of trying to down reg with the spray.<br><br>I hold out lots of hope for the Chinese Herbs although they are still the most disgusting thing I have had to get down my throat.<br><br>Think positive on the embies you just never know we have both read stories on the site where poor quality embies have come through.<br><br>Stay focused I know you are not the type to let it get you down for too long.<br><br>Loads of Luck<br>Lucy<br><br> <br><br><br>
