I had my Day 5 blast transfer on Sunday, transferring 2 perfect embryos. I went crazy today and took a First Response 5 day early test today. It came back negative. Now I am depressed. I figured it was too early, but now I am convinced I am not preg, as I have no symptoms at all. Shouldnt I have symptoms, at leasta few by now...its4 days after Day 5 blast transfer.
I am going insane!!!

What day are you supposed to test? My test date was 12 days from ET (2 dy transfer). It sounds too early to test to me. As far as symptoms go some girls dont get any at all and have a +ve. Some with symptoms get a -ve! Apart from feeling dizzy from 2 dys after ET, I had no symptoms other than AF type pains from the day before my +ve test. All my pregnancy symptoms-nausea, sore boobs kicked in after my offical +ve test. I know the waitings hard, but you will drive yourself mad looking for little symptoms. Have you joined the August 2ww on the general forum? Thats the best place to be at the moment, you can join everyone else going through the same.
Good luck, but I really wouldnt worry about a negative test at this stage.

you shouldnt really test before at least 12 days after ec better even 14 days.
Hope you do get a bfp in a few days!!!

I had a blastocyst transfer and they tested me 10 days following the ET date.
I was warned not to test early as the HCG injection could give a false result.
