remember you can get a false neg from hpt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we werent blessed with our babies to raise here but we our blessed with our grandaughter
and all of our many adopted and foster children that touch our lives
and i am glad to add that our 6th grandchild will be born this spring!!!!

No AF yet, went for bloods this morning, and will know in a couple of hours.

Not much sleep last night, so hopefully this is all over soon.

No news yet... but starting to see a brownish discharge. So what I already know is true. I'll update you guys when I hear.

Got the official news BFN.

I'm surprisingly calm. This itself is a whole lot easier to take then the miscarriage was.

I've got two months off now, and I think I'm going to use it to start accupuncture and join a gym with a diet class to lose the weight tmt has added.

So, I'll take alittle down time, and enjoy some wine, then get refocussed and make my body as healthy as I can.

Denise - I'm sorry the bad news has been confirmed. It sounds like you've got the best idea - using the next few weeks proactively. I could definitely do to join you at that gym ! ...

Denise, my heart is aching for you and I'm deeply sorry for your BFN. How tragic that it has to happen much less be compared to the stifling loss of a miscarriage. I sincerely can't imagine the pain that must be, yet I share in your loss. Life sucks sometimes. It just plain sucks. Like I said, I'm here to chat if you need a confidant. FYI: I'm a fitness professional and could give loads of motivational support on nutrition and excercise plans that may guide you (anyone else?) along. Sometimes it can be so confusing and overwhelming... similar to our shared circumstances. The one thing that helps me, personally, is keeping my body active. It tends to dull the pain of the heart yet at the same time, makes it stronger.

Wanda, anything you want to offer would be welcome. I've had to quit playing soccer with tmt, so my physical fitness is definitely lacking right now, let alone the havoc two iui's and 5 cycles of clomid has done to my body.

Anyone else who wants to participate in a weekly weigh-in, and encouragement is totally welcome.
