HI, I thought i'd start a daily PMA or positive thought page...then when we have a low day we will be able to tap into a whole bundle of postitve thoughts on one thread! It doesn't need to be heavy just whatever you think helps you...affirmations...positive sayings...even jokes. What do you think?
Here's a starter...One of my dad's favourite sayings
"Optimists are right. So are pessimists. It's up to you to choose which you will be."
Your turn

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road your trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low, and the debts are high,
And you want to smile but you have to sigh.
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with it's twists and turn,
As everyone of us sometimes learns.
And many a failure turns about,
When he might have won had he stuck it out;
Don't give up though the pace seems slow,
You may succed with another blow.
Sucess is failure turned inside out,
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far;
So stick to the fight when your hardest hit,
It's when things seem worse, that you must not quit.
take care

I am passing this on to you because it definitely worked for me. By following the simple advice I read in an article, I have finally found inner peace.
It read: "The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you've started".
So I looked around to see all the things I started and hadn't finished.
Today I have finished one bottle of gin, a bottle of red wine, a bottle of
vodka, my Prozac, a large box of chocolates and 2 packets of jaffa cakes.....
You have no idea how good I feel.
You may pass this on to those you feel are in need of inner peace.
Have a bl**dy marvellous day.
