I haven't heard back from any one. It's a holiday weekend here so I'm sure I won't hear until Tuesday. But, I am still bleeding and it's definitely the AF kind of bleeding.

I'm anxious to speak to the Dr. because I want to discuss what we're doing next....

I would assume then if it's AF blood, it's negative. How come they still test. When my AF came on the clinic took that as being BFN.....

Well, I spoke to my Dr today who confirmed that I am not pregnant. We have a "consultation" with him next week to decide if we are going to change courses of action.

To answer your question, the reason the Dr tested was because at first I was more like spotting (very dark blood and not a lot of it). It got worse over night but by then the tests were already ordered so I just went along with it knowing in my heart the outcome.

Hopefully, next time will be a different result!!!!

My clinic does testing as well even if AF arrives..it is good to go through tests because it gives the doc your hormone levels which could help him/her assess what happned.

I wish you the best for the consultation..remember to write your questions before..helped me :D
