I am preparing for IVF with donor eggs. I am taking estradiol - have been for about 1 month. I have spotted off and on - but this past week have had on and off heavy bleeding and clotting. My 2 ultra sounds show my lining doing great at 14 and NO blood? Not sure what is going on? Any others have this problem. I am taking 4 mg per day and will increase this to 6 on Wed - 2 days from now. My transfer should be in 1 week.
