bruised

Post by sara05 »

well went to hospital today found out in detail what going to happen with IVF there is so much to take in and remember the date of actual Ivf has been put back to 30th of november instead of the 9th. This is due to me going on holiday one of the scans i have to have would of been while i was away so they changed date. So at least im not injecting while away. Got blood taken today as you have this done on days2-5 of your period near to time of Ivf. I cant stand needles so you can guess what happened yes i passed out first time mind u. But i hadnt had any breakfast (it was this morning when i had it done ) dont know if this had anything to do with it. I know have a lovely bruise on my arm ouch.
hope everyone is ok

Sara, enjoy your holiday and remember to eat something, anything before your next blood test :D eat a banana if nothing else. Lots of the blood tests are early morning so you might have to grin and bear it.

hugs
Debra.

Hi. welcome.... I had the same appointment as you at the end of july and I was cacking myself.....

I started my 1st cycle on August 28th, been self injecting for nearly 2 weeks... I have to say, if they offer you a self -injector pen like me, then take it!!! it has made things so much easier...

Good luck for when you start... I have my ec on september 29th.... 3 weeks to go....

hi yes they did offer me a self ejector pen took it but dont no weather or nt i can inject myself tried when i did IUI n coudnt partner has to do it for me. Which he didnt enjoy doing incase he hurt me. Ive started takeing folic acid which they advised me and also a mild form of asprin which thickens the walls of your womb. We take first tablet on the 30october which is Doxycylin and we both take this for 10 days then on the 3nov start first injections Buserelin until they tell me to stop there is so much to remeber just hope i manage :? :? :? :? :? . Good luck hope everything works out ill keep my fingers crossed for you . :) :)
