The 2 ww sucks! I was so positive last week, and now I've convinced myself that it didn't work...why?! Couldn't tell you. I try not to think about it at all...very difficult.

Thanks for asking!

Hi there Brs....the 2nd week is usually a time of doubt vs. the first week where the euphoria of ET tends to keep spirits high. It's really hard to keep thinking positive day after day, so what you're feeling is 100% normal :)

You're on the home straight!

Hi Girls,

Hey Smita, counting tomorrow's bc pill there's 4 more. But after I wake up tomorrow, in about 8 hours and take that next one it will only be 3 more  Not that i'm excited about it or anything..HAHA Thanks for the luck!

Judy, how are you doing? Sounds like the tmt is going brilliantly! Almost time for HCG Woo hoo, you must be getting excited. I hope you get that ec date real soon. Take care and good luck!!

Pootle, congratulations on your 2 beautiful little embies, that's so fantastic!!!! I"m so happy for you. I"m hoping and praying for you with all my might that these are going to be the ones that make all your dreams come true. It's going to be a hard 2ww but your in the home stretch now. Take care of yourself and I can't wait to hear more news from you.

Colleen, you started stims! Woohoo  How are you feeling? EC on the 27-28th? Have all my toes and fingers crossed for you as well. Good luck!!

Sue, how are you doing matey? Did you hear from the hospital today? Hope the stims are doing they're job and everything is progressing nicely.
I'm just sitting around twiddling my fingers waiting to finish swallowing these bc pills. Not many to go now.

Brs888, wishing you lots of PMA. I can't imagine how hard this 2ww is for you. I haven't got to that point yet. I'm sure it must drive you crazy. I wouldn't worry about what your feeling though, it sounds perfectly normal to me. I know I would be the same. I'm already like that now and I'm just waiting for af, you know.. like wondering if i'll get it, if somethings wrong, will something stop the tmt. It's all so hard. You just need to try and find something else to do or think of. It's almost there, you only have a few days to go don't you? I'm praying for you for a BFP. Only a few more sleeps and you'll know. Oceans of Babydust for you :)

Debra, how are you doing? Feeling any better? Did you get your LH blood test result back yet? Hoping and wishing that its low for you so you can go onto the next step.

Jay, just checking up on you. How's everything going with you? Did you have your scan today? Hope everything went well for you so you can start your tmt!

Well ladies, I think that's it for me for tonight. Sending you all heaps of PMA. Take care everyone and Huggs to you all.

Hi buddies,

Thank you all for your good wishes. My scan went well (i think) but im not sure on the number of follies to expect so dont know if my response was poor or average. On my right ovary there was about 10, 7 of which were about 13mm and on the left there were only 2 small ones. I had ep on left which was welded to ovary so wondering if this was the cause for lefts lazy response!! How many did others have? I am glad however to have responded as was always told that probably wont respond because my weight is not ideal. Go back on Wed for next scan.

brs888 - thinking of you and keeping everything crossed. Not long now your doing fab.

Jay - Hoping you get to start the next stage, let us know how it goes. Jay you will be fine with stimms honest :D , the first one is the hardest because its new, after that you will be Queen of the Jabbers

Judy - Have you had your blood results back yet? do you know yet when ec will be? How many follies did you have? Wishing you lots of luck. think mine may be friday if at wednesdays scan my follies have progressed. i may well be following hot on your heels!!!

Pootle - everything crossed for you, will be thinking and praying for you

Colleen - Hoping those stimms are working a treat and your not feeling too uncomfortable.

Paula - 3 more pills to pop :D and then hopefully your back on the roller coaster ride again!!!Are you full of PMA and rairing to go? Will be praying that the blood test if fine. Kitchen is progressing, the wires are no longer head height they are attached to the beams, (rome wernt built in a day!!!) and if it was down to my brother in law it would still be under construction!!!!!

Debra - hope your feeling ok, wishing you the best with your results

Take care and lots of baby dust to all

Love

well hello to al my freinds...

we are doing good here....i have my first scan on wednesday.... just hopeing that we do not get canceled again!!! but i did find out that DH has to go out of town.... i know that others have this happen, but my guy only is out of town on business once every two years or so.... and it happens to be during my 2WW (as long as we get to the 2WW).. so kind of bummed about that.... i like to be pampered and enjoy the time... i guess that we'll have to deal with it!!!!

Suee- good response to the stims.... i think that is close to as many that pootle had... like we always say, it only take one!!! good luck, hopefully on friday will be the EC...

brs888-hope that this last week flies by and you get a wonderful positive!!! i'm crossing my fingers for you!!!

jay- you start stims tomorrow.... good luck... what stims are you taking?? i'm on gonalF and repronex... you'll be just fine with the stims..!!!

paula- your day soon apporaches!!! only a few more pills and off you go!!

judy- do you have an EC date?? hope that you are doing well, and taking care of yourself getting ready for the EC..

Lisamarie.... hope that you are doing ok, and that you do not have OHSS, with that many embies....we have not heard from you in a while.... hope that all is well

smita- thanks for the good luck, and thoughts.... hope that you are doing well and your growing a nice bump!!!

pootle- hope that the 2WW is not being too hard on you!!! sending you tons of positive energy!!

Hi Ladies

Well, here it is! Got the all clear from the clinic, and 2 hours ago DH gave me the trigger injection. My EC is in 34 hours and counting - i.e. Wednesday 7am! Will be really glad to stop the sniffing though, and am excited that we have got this far. Thank you all for your good wishes - it means a lot.

Sue - really glad that your scan went well. You sound as though you have a great number of follies there. I have not been told any details so don't know how many to expect. Pretty certain it won't be 41!

Brs888 - good luck with 2ww. you are nearly there!!

Jay - Hope stims go well. The needle thing is a bummer isn't it...at least we suffer for a good cause!!!

Paula - I am in awe of the way in which you remember exactly where everyone is! You are a star! Really excited for you and hope that the last few bc pills go quickly.

Colleen - sorry to hear that DH has to go out of town. :( Hope things go well for you...and he is back before you notice!

Debra - did you get a good result?

Pootle - you are nearly there!!

Smita - thanks for sending the follie fairy. DH says he has just seen her fly past the window sprinkling baby dust as she goes! Think she's on a special mission to visit all Sept-embies!!

Hope I haven't forgotten anyone. Sorry if I have. Thinking of you all and will be in touch...

Love

Gosh I am so lucky to have all you wonderful people here to support and look out for me..

Before I go on has anyone heard from LisaMarie? I am a little concerned as it has been a while since she has been here and she was showing symptoms of OHSS. LisaMarie if you are there please let us know how you are..

Brs888 - This 2ww is not much fun is it? However chin up please as not long now. I have found that talking to my embies helps ( people think I am a little strange but it helps me be positive and visualise). I also keep saying that if i have to wait even 6 weeks I don;t care as long as it is a positive result.
Thinking of you everyday and sending over some baby dust...

Paula - Thank you for your kind words, like brs888 I am struggling a little with the 2ww but as I said above I am talking to my embies - keeps me busy :D Has your AF arrived yet?

Colleen - How are you coping with the stims? any side effects yet? Thank you for your PMA it really helps

Debra P - How are you doing?

Jay - Started stims yet? did your scan go well?

Sue - Well done on your scan - things look normal. I had 6 follicles on my left and 3 on my right all of about 12-13mm. I went on to have 13 lovely eggs on EC or which 9 fertilised. So please do not worry it is QUALITY NOT QUANTITY..

Crasmus - good luck for your scan tomorrow - we will all be thinking of you.

Judy - Iam sending over so much PMA and baby dust to you for your EC tomorrow - please enjoy the experience - I was very nervous but didn't need to be... Here's to LOTS of great eggs for you!!!!

I am sorry if I have missed someone - I am thinking of all you septembies :)

Take Care and lots of hugs to everyone

Hi Ladies

I just wanted to introduce myself. I have found reading your threads so helpful and I just had to join in.

Is there anyone have there EC tomorrow? I will be having mine done tomorrow at The Lister. Feeling very nervous and a bit emotional (maybe the drugs) should be having ET on Friday or Sat.

I am not looking forward to the 2WW  This will be our first attempt. Trying to stay positive but finding it very hard but I don't know why.

I'm a bit scared as I don't know what to expect. But you are all helping me get through this
