2nd IVF cycle using Medformin. Any helpful info on medformin

Hi Everyone,

I just started my 2nd round of IVF and this time my doc prescribed medformin it's a pill you take throughout the ivf cycle and into the first few months of a positve pregnancy. He said this helps women with PCOS so we're going to try that and hope it helps with implantation. I was wondering if anyone out here has used this and if it worked. I'm trying to stay as positive as possible and crossing my fingers this is a successful cycle.

hi there... i too am using metformin....i 've actually been on it a while... i will tell you, that it took a little time for my body to get used to... i was in the bathroom a lot.. but now we are just fine.... there are lots of studies that show that it helps with the bodies responce to the drugs and keeps them more level.... were are you in your cycle??
