Colleen, sorry you're still in agony. I can only imagine the pain from 52 incisions, ouch! I hope you feel better soon. Yes 52 to 14 is a drop but 14 is a great place to be!! you don't want more than 14 children do you :D ?

hugs and good luck hearing about ET.

Hi there,

Pootle - I was so sorry to read your news. I really feel for you and hope that you and DP can take lots of comfort from each other. Take care.

Colleen - Hope your feeling better soon. 14 embies is fantastic :) Hope you can go forward with ET now.

Debra - I laughed at your 14 kids thing too. It is difficult not to get hung up on the numbers thing isn't it? I hope you are OK after your scan and everything. It sounded a bit traumatic, but I really hope that you get as many as you need. Fingers crossed for ET.

Sue - Hope going back to work was ok and not too tiring. I'm not back just yet. But I know what you mean the time does pass more quickly at work. Have felt more nervous than I thought on 2ww - but better today. Think I was just too paranoid yesterday and ending up feeling really down because I felt everything I did was harming embies. Read some of the posts on 2ww thread which helped. Hope you are doing really well. Lots of PMA to you!!

Hope everyone else is doing well too.

Thanks Judy, it's so easy and understandable to be paranoid during all the waiting........however, during my last 2ww which was +ve, I shovelled snow and continually lifted my toddler in and out the car/cot etc. In my first 2ww (said toddler being the result), I took a 2hr flight as well as started a new job.

Provided you're not weight lifting or galloping across sand dunes on horses, I doubt there's much you're doing that can affect your chances :D

Hi all,

Pootle - sorry to read your post, take care and look after yourself.

randa - great news on all 5 fertilizing thats fab, well done, is et today? if so wishing you all the best

Debrap - Wishing you luck for monday and hoping you get a few lovely eggies. When i went they couldn't see many on left, only 2 small ones but by ec a few days later there were 6 good sized ones, so you never know. they may of just been in a fun mood playing hide and seek!!! :D Im doing ok, time is passing faster now i m at work.

Colleen - 14 embies, great news, hoping all is fine for et and you soon start to feel more comfortable and can get rid of that wind  , i do feel sorry for poor dh :D Just make sure lots of windows are open!!!

Julesg - are you still resting up? Wishing you all the best.

Sarah J - Hope you start to feel better when the stimms kick in. when is your scan?

Judy - hello, How are you? Only 6 more sleeps for you :D Im glad you are managing to relax a little, its hard but its out of our control. I do worry though that i will squash the poor embies when i lie on my side because im overweight, but then on the other hand i think of them as being nicely protected!!! The 2ww is crazy, there are just so many things to sit and worry about. I just keep telling myself its out of my control now. Work was fine and the day went quickly as i then went to a maths course and then straight on to a english one. Lots of PMA back to you and everything crossed.

Good look to all septembies

Love

Hi there,

Nothing much to report but just wanted to say thanks to Sue and Debra for your encouragement. Only 6 days to go until test and am feeling calm-ish at the moment. Have decided that anyone who undergoes IVF deserves a gold medal in patience at the very least

Hope everyone else is doing OK? Any updates on sacns ans EC/ETs???

Sending you all mountains of baby dust! :)

Have a great weekend

Hi Colleen. I'm so glad your shoulder pain has gone. It's unbelievably painful isn't it? Who would think air could cause all that agony? I hope you're painfree by ET tomorrow.

Thanks for your good wishes. I finished with the Puregon today, wish I had some more! The HCG shot is tomorrow night at 10pm, never nice. I'm managing my expectations now but still hoping that the little follie is big enough to collect from on Monday. I'm completely settled with the thought that we don't want more than 2 or 3 come what may.

Hoping everyone else is feeling positive,
Debra

Sue, the wonderful thing about being pregnant is the 'fog' that descends, you can forget, say and do anything you like for 40 weeks!!

Yes EC is on Monday at 0800. I gave myself the HCG shot an hour ago....the clock is ticking now....

Have a good weekend, your days are zooming past I hope? nothing worse than a slow 2ww.

hugs
Debra.
