Hi septembies!

Sorry have not posted for a while, my computer blew up!! Image

I have been able to read all your updates at my parents' house but do not have enough time to reply.

Well, done for all the eggs and follicles that are happenning. Every single one of you should be proud of what you have achieved, even if it is just one follicle. Image

Here is hoping for everyone Image

As for me I have started stimming now and everything seems to be going OK. I have a scan tomorrow to make sure I have some follicles so fingers crossed for a bumper crop though I don't think I will manage 52!!!!!

Although, I am unable to post often I am keeping up to date and I am thinking of you all,

Good luck,

AJ

Hi, we got 3 eggs from 3 follicles, about as good as we could have hoped for. Will hear tomorrow how many have fertilised. Normally we'd wait until Wed to see which are the best for transfer but because these are all we have, we might go ahead tomorrow and have them all put back.

AJ, nice to see you back.

Hi girls,

Sorry I haven't been around for a bit. I've been feeling really strange lately. To be perfectly honest with I"m feeling left out. Left out because I so badly wanted to be in treatment right now. Left out because I wanted to be driven nuts over a 2 week wait, but it just doesn't seem to be happening for me. When I read a post that someone is pregnant I"m truly and honestly so happy for them, but at the same time it hurts, and I just so badly want it to happen to me, and I wonder why is this happening. Why won't my body cooperate with me? I"m trying very hard right now to heal myself, to believe and to trust but if i'm not around alot please don't think it's because I don't care. It's only because it's a little hard right now. But I will be back. It's just taking me a few more days this time. But I'm thinking of you all. Take care of yourself's.

Loads of love and babydust to everyone here. May all your wishes and dreams come true.

Huggs

Paula, it's all totally and utterly understandable. I've felt like that too after a set-back. Hence my taking a break after May. You need to be in a strong and confident place to go foward, give yourself a little time.

We'll still be here for you ((hugs))

Paula,

It is so lovely to hear from you. You have been in my thoughts. I am sure that everyone understands that you absolutely have to do what's best for you, and I am sure taking a break is exactly what most people would need to do. You have been such a fantastic cheerleader and such a source of encouragement to everyone since I have been on the boards. Thank you! I really hope and pray that you can find the time and space you need. :)

Debra - so pleased to hear about your EC. Hope you are OK and that they all fertilise for you. Good luck for tomorrow.

Colleen - glad it all went well for you. How is 2WW so far??

Sue - thought I'd leave a message for you hear too. Sorry to hear you felt a bit down at the weekend. Hope the new week starts on a better note and that work does take your mind off it. Will post on 2WW too just in case you miss this. Only one week to go for you....

Take care everyone else!

Hi all,

Colleen - yes, ds loves school so much he gets upset at weekends when I expllain that there is no school! I am sooo pleased that he has taken to it so well.

Paula - I am sooo sorry. There are no words that I can express to make you feel better but just remember we are all here rooting for you.

Everyone else hope that everything is going ok.

as for me I had a scan today and was told that I had 5 follies on the left and at least 10 (but more like 15) on the right! I am very happy as they are all about 12mm which apparently is exactly where they should be. Mind you, I am already experiencing some discomfort in that area. My doc expected me to be sore after he saw the scan. So, with any luck we are going for EC on the 10th!! i do have a concern though, is there a possibility of ovulating early and so not having any left for EC?? Does this happen and if so is it common?? Or am I just worrying about nothing? I have to admit that I am convinced that I will fail at each stage and so when I pass I convince myself that I will fail at the next stage! I need to have more PMA but I don't want to set myself up for a fall. Anyway, here is for fingers crossed for my next scan on friday.

Chat later,

Anna

Hello All,
Sorry, been away from my computer for a weekend and just now able to post.

Debra!!! Fantastic news on your 3 eggs! I'll be praying hard for full fertilization! How are you feeling?

AJ - how did your scan go?

Colleen - congrats on putting back 2 embies! You must be exhausted and oh so sore after all you've been through! You deserve lots of TLC!

Good luck, Judy and Sue!!! You're getting close, close to BFP day!

Paula - Your feelings are very understandable right now. So unfair! We are here when you need us.

My update is that 4 of the 5 embies made it through freezing. Hated to lose one, but still very happy with our progress. Two are grade 1 and two are grade 2, which is also wonderful news! Also, one is 8 cell, two are 6 and one is 5.

That's IT! No more freezing for us! From now on it's trying to get pregnant! Yay! We'll do what we can between now and Dec, and if no luck naturally, then we'll do our first FRESH CYCLE COMPLETE WITH TRANSFER! I'll FINALLY get to see what the 2ww is all about!!! :D

It's been so hard to do all the same work as you all and never get to go through with it to the end! Thanks for always being so supportive!

Hi all

Randa - Great news about 4 making it through the freezing process, the grading sounds fab. Im sure you will love the 2ww!!!!!!!!!

Debra - 3 eggs that great. Hope the fertilisation fairy is doing her job, thinking of you

AJ - good news on your scan. when do you go again? I worried also that we would lose them but just remember how many times your clinic have gone through this, im sure you will get a bumper crop at ec. I had about 16 follies, got 8 eggs and all 8 fertilised.

Colleen - really pleased you have made it to 2ww. the embies sound fab, well done. Hoping your feeling a lot better and managing to get some rest.

Sarah J - Hoping your scan goes well today and there are lots of follies.

Judy - How are you doing? 2 days i think, not long now, take care

Paula - I am so sorry your feeling so down, although it is totally understandable. Sending you lots of hugs and hoping that you can soon start again, thinking of you.

Love

AJ, the clinic check you won't ovulate early via the DR process and via the blood tests. I think it's the LH reading that tells them that your natural cycle has been supressed sufficiently. 15-20 follies sounds like an excellent number, well done.

Unfortunately the bloody fertilisation fairy went too far yesterday. Two of our 3 eggs were over-fertilised (usually means 2 sperm got in I think) so unusable. We've asked for our 3 frosties to be prepared and provided some survive the defrost, we'll have the best 2 transferred back tomorrow along with the one fresh. If we have 3 put back our odds are pretty good. Off to the clinic in an hour for our final progesterone shot, not nice!

Hugs to everyone, esp. people on the 2ww biting their nails :)
