My name is Kimberley, I'm 35 and DH is 37! I'm new to this site (well I registered last year) and hopefully will be starting ivf treatment in Nov/Dec, really really nervous about this (never been pg before).
Was just really wondering is there anything that I can do (i.e. take vitamins or such) before the treatment begins
My Doc told me to start materna (vitamins for pregnant woman) one month before the beginning of the treatment and during the treatment.
I have stopped taking them after the negativ result...
But i am going to start again as I will try a second IF ICSI in January.

I would buy the Zita West book if i was you, lots of info, on diet etc....
