Hi girls,
Just a quickie post to let you know how i got on at my scan.
We saw 1 lovely wee heartbeat, everything is looking as it should be.
I have now been released from my clinic and have to make an appointment with my own Dr.
We are both so happy that everything is ok.

SusanP - 26th September

Dora - 27th September

Danica - 29th September

Michelle - 4th October

Brandy - 5th October

Ange - 6th October

Tilly - 6th October

KC - 6th October

Good luck to Brandy for tomorrows scan and to Ange, Tilly and KC on Thursday.

I'm really tired after the long journey to the clinic so going for a nap now.

Hi Everyone! I too am awaiting my first scan on October 10th. I got my BFP on Friday 9/23 with HCG at 164. I then had my follow-up blood work done on Tuesday 9/27 with HCG at 966. This was our 3rd IVF/ICSI attempt, and our first Antagonist protocol.

This thread is so great! It has been fun reading through all the postings...Congratulations to all of you for being here, and to all of you who have already had your first scan and seen the heartbeat! How amazing, I just can't wait!

Anybody else totally emotional these days? Got in a stupid fight with DH and have been crying all day. I feel as wacked out as I did when I was on the horrid clomid.

Susan, don't forget all those hormones are making you feel gloomy, I felt the same too 2 days ago. For some weird reason I was crying to myself! And for some reason I feel superstitious about everything that happens around me. As dumb as this may sound (and I have to share this or I'll go crazy keeping it to myself), but we have this silk tree in our house on which I put 2 artifical birds... today one of the birds fell from the tree and for a second I thought something happened to my baby... I am so scared again. God, I know you all must be thinking I'm really totally crazy, but I had to share this with you all. Am anxiously waiting for my next scan.

Ange, Tilly and KC, wishing you loads of luck for the 6th!

wow so much has happened in just 2 days!! congratulations michelle its fantastic huh and yep, smita, it is an absolute miracle to see such a beautiful thing, cant wait for the next scan when it actually looks like a real baby wow!
glad your 2nd scan went well susan and i think u should go out and buy a book, we should all try and relax and enjoy every single millisecond!! huh, coming from me whos like the biggest stresser i know lol

hence all of our sooki days which i have as well

so dont beat urself up over it

dora, erm your not the only superstitious one and i dont think your crazy if thats any consolation coz speaking from experience i think we've all had weird thoughts! lol
to the newies, bonbon & jessica congrats and welcome! this thread has been fun

Well, it sounds like this is a good time to be getting a scan! Congrats everybody with all of the good news

Tomorrow is my day. I'm a little nervous, but hey - not as bad as waiting for the BFP test. That was the longest two weeks ever!
