Does any one out there know if you have to reduce the dose of buserelin nasal spray once you have achieved down regulation? I'm using suprecur at a dose of 150mg ( one puff) four times a day. I'm about to start menopur injections, and my clinic is unsure whether the dose needs to be reduced. They normally use buserelin injections, and they do reduce these to a maintanance dose, but they have no experience with the spray. Any info gratefully recieved. Good luck to every one! Ollie's Mum
Sorry, I can't answer your query as I too have only ever done the Buserlin jabs .. I can't believe your clinic doesn't know the answer !
Pls post your question on the General Forum. Many more girls read over there, and I know lots sniff rather than inject so hopefully you'll get a speedy answer.
Good luck

I used Suprecur nasal spray and Menopur injections on my previous 2 attempts. Whatever dose of Suprecur nasal spray I was on during downreg remained the same while stimming with Menopur.
Seems crazy & worrying that your clinic doesn't know the answer.
Hope you have already had better advice from the clinic.
