Nes - hang on in there it is sooo hard not to analyse every twinge and cruel because some of the pg ones are the same as AF ones - I have a headache now which I get with AF - trying to stay positive

Debra - thanks but I am not really ill - my work colleagues think I have flu which is why I have been of work for two weeks :!:
Glad you have some things to keep you occupied.

I must praise Dh - doesn't happen often - but I haven't hoovered - emptied the bin or dishwasher or done the washing since ET - I am very lucky
got to go do my pessarie

Take care

hi there all..... i did another HPT today, and it was -ive, so my chances of getting a positive are getting smaller ever day.... there is still a little hope, but it's just a little as the clinic likes to see a hcg of 100, which is a "good positive".....so i trying starting to prepare myself for the worst, while still hoping for a miracle....

when have people gotten a +ive?? how many days after the EC... since the wait is different for everyone?? i'm testing 13 days post EC??? i still have two more days till the blood work!!!

sue--WAY TO GO>>>>>>>>>>AWESOME NEWS

julie-have you tested yet?? or are resisting the temptation??

debra- how are you holding up?? are you still dizzy?? anything else to report?? hope[ that class is going good... did you go to you night class?

nes-only one week left, you can do it..... i think that it the hardest part, and wishing that there was a time machine, but when the day comes it's hard.... very scary, wishing as hard as you can for a BFP...

nixx- hope that you are coping with the wait also, wishing you a ton of baby dust, and the best!!

well, take care all

My test date is on Thurs. the 14th. I am also doing hpt's this time. I didn't the first 2 ivf cycles, but I can't bear to get bad news from my drs office this time without being prepared. I know I shouldn't but, this is what I need to do this time. I don't know if it will tell me anything but, at least it helps get through each day. Does anyone else cheat & know what day I would get a +? I did dodnor eggs , so I don't have to worry about a false +.

Hi Colleen - Hang on in there - so far I have resited the test but it is VERY hard now and I have a sore belly which may be AF on its way - scared to go to the loo now :!: Good luck for wednesday

pixiesmom - hi I am going to do a HPT I will not be going to the hospital at all - as long as it is a clear blue on the hospital is ok with that - I understand how you feel I would not want to get the bad news from the doctors. Hope it works out for you this time - try to resist testing before thursday

Nixx, nes, debra - hope you are all ok and not stressing too much

Love to all

Pixiesmom, can I add you to the test dates thread?

I feel nothing right now, zip, zero, nada. Absolutely normal....hard to imagine I might be pregnant.

Hoping other people have some more positive signs than mine.

hugs

Debra, yes you can add me. I haven't been around here too much since my last 2 ivf cycles were bfn. I found that it has been something I have just wanted to deal with on my own. I do check in often but don't say much. I hate being one of the bfn's.
I know about all of the analyzing that goes with the twinges & pains. I know this more from the worries that I had from the completely normal pregancies I had with my children. I had major menstrual cramps with my son so I have been pretty goon about ignoring "symptoms" of af or pg.

Hi Nixx

At mine and Sue e's hospital (liverpool women's) we are told to only use clear blue - the instructions say it can be used anytime so I guess it would be ok for the afternoon too

Hope that helps

Hi Nixx,
My test date iss 14/10 too. I think the most sensitive HPT is the first response one which picks up 15-25 on the BHG, having said that on my test day last time my BHCG was 50 and the line was only faint. I think it depends on how concentrated your wee is when you do the test rather than the time of day. They only recommend mornings as that is the time your wee is most concentrated normally.
I have done 2 home tests (both neg) but keep telling myself it is much too early and interpreting every ache etc, one minute I feels sure I am pregnant and the next sure AF is on its way.... Fingers crossed for us all
Good luck with your HPT

i Have a hormone headache which normally means a.f tomorrow so doubt i will even get to testing day(the 16th).
my minds playing tricks also. thought i saw a very very faint line on test, my mum said nooooo it must have been my eyes.
Everyday i expect A.F To arrive and it doesnt then im back to thinking the same again
