Hi

Julie- thanx for the advice. I'm hearing that the clear blue seems to be the best option.

Tg & Heidi - You're so brave testing so soon ,i'm not even sure i'll be able to do it on Friday. I think they call it denile!!! I was convinced that AF was here today as i had those crampy pains, but so far nothing. I know what you mean about reading every twinge or flutter, it's driving me nuts!! fingers crossed for BFP All round.

I've had a sudden change in everything. I feel less confident now, probably because I've persistent, albeit light, pain. A long, dull ache. I've felt it for hours and hours. Doesn't inspire me.

My boobs are also so sore I had to wear a sports bra to bed last night. I wonder whether it's the doubling of my progesterone dose but will have to wait until next Thursday to know. I don't early test, it wouldn't help to see a -ve earlier than I need to.

Hope other people are feeling more 'up' than I am.
hugs
Debra.

debra- hope that you are feeling better.... the boobs thing sounds like a good sign to me.... i'm on a ton of projestrone (2 crinone and a 1cc shot a day) and no sore boobs, only got those with a positive... not every positive, but i think i did with two of them...

sorry to say that i'm not any more "up" then you.... i'm ready for a -ive tomorrow... i really do not feel like it worked, AT ALL.... all the other +ives i just felt like it worked, and really did not doubt getting a positive. so i'm trying to settle myself into thinking that we are done, and to be blessed with what God has given me... i just afraid to think of what's next...

julie- well tomorrow is our day.... i'm sure that you'll know your results before me.... hope that you get a BFP, you deserve it!!! best of luck!!!

nicky and tg- only a few more days!!! hope that you are hanging in there..

heidi- you tested VERY early..... you still have plently of days to get a BFP...wisging you the best of luck!!!

good luck to all

Colleen. You've only a few hours until you'll know for sure. Let's deal with 'what next' tomorrow. Sorry you'll not feeling 'up' either, hopeless aren't we?

hugs and hoping you get a lovely surprise when you test.

bleeding 3 days before test help!

Post by Mrs M »

Hello there,

Im new to this. Help!!

I'm due to do my pregnancy test 3 days time, I am so nervous, I went to the bathroom very early this morning, and came across a few spottings, in fact I have been like this all day. I rang the clinic who advised me to carry on doing the test on Friday, they say bleeding is very common, has anyone else experienced this! I also had OHSS after ET, which resulted in so much pain for 2 days, then just felt so bloated. I want to see if I can releive my stress between now and Friday (Test Day).
Hope someone can be of help

Hi everyone. Good Luck with all of you testing soon...

I noticed that a lot of you are doing early tests... I have a question that maybe some of you might be able to answer.... Image

When I was 19, I had a feeling that I was pregnant, maybe 6-8weeks or so and I did 7 pregnancy tests but they were all negative. I was still convinced and went to the doctors to get a test and it came out negative also. A few days later I went back and saw my doctor who did another test that came up positive, but within a few days I started cramping and miscarried.

It's taken me and my dp over four years of various treatments to get to this point, and I'm starting to get very worried about testing next week. If the tests were negative for so long last time, maybe they will be negative again since I am going to be testing even earlier?

Have any of you had a similar experience and still been able to get a positive ?

Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't been able to post here lately. I am also on my 2ww,...I test on the 14th. That's if AF does not show up before then. I'm losing the PMA as I have been having some mild cramping the past few days and today I had some pinkish and brown spotting. I doubt too that I'll make it to test date. :(

Working had seem to let the days pass by quickly, however before I left work today my co-worker called me and I thought maybe she was gonna ask me something, she goes, "Guess what? I'm pregnant!!!" Of course. I was happy for her and congratulated her. But then some co-workers turn around to me and ask me, "What about you, What are you waiting for?" then another one asked me, "What's the hell's wrong with you?" I wanted to hit her sooo bad! I just told her about my m/c and thought she'd shut up. But no,....she had to add, "At least you could get pregnant, hehehe" GRRRRRRRRR!!!

Sorry just had to vent it all out!

Oh Elle, your workmate sounds like an insensitive cow...I would have punched her in the nose (well, I would have really felt like doing it!)

Just thought I would post this link (if you haven't found it already). It helps the time pass....about 5 mintues a day anyway.

We are in serious need of a PMA injection here....the 2ww sucks but at least we got this far! Keep positive and have a great Wednesday!

Cheers

Sadly to say ladies that I have now got my AF. Im presuming this has failed even though the clinic say you can still have an AF and still be pregnant, they are still advising to do the test on Friday 14th, which I will still do. :( :?
This is our 1st attepmt to IVF/ICSI.

I wish everybody on this thread all the luck and love in the world.
sending you all loads and loads of baby dust. (I had never heard of saying baby dust before, I think its the most cutiest lovely wording Ive heard in a long time)

big hugs
Mrs M.

You can do it ladies!!!!

Blowing tonnes of babydust your way. Not long now and hopefully many dreams will come true.

Julesg & colleen - Good luck again for today, take care

Mrs M - so sorry to hear that af has arrived, hoping there is still good news in store.

eller- sorry about your workmate, some peole need a short sharp shock!! Take care, not long now and dont worry too much about the cramps i had them quite a bit and still got a +ive, so dont lose hope.

Nes - in answer to your question, it is unlikely that someone would not get a +ive if pregnant for a number of weeks. That happened with me but that was only because it was a ep, so the hcg dosent normally develop as it should. Im sure you will be fine, but its hard not to worry though. take it easy

Debra - Hope your feeling better today. I had a mood dip when i was about a week into the 2ww thought it was all over. You can do it, thinking of you

nicky and tg - Hoping all is well

Loads of PMA & babydust to all

Love
