Hi Pixiesmom

My HCG levels were 52 (2 wks after EC. I had a 2 day transfer) and had only gone up to 81 on my 2nd test 2 days later and im nearly 27 weeks pregnant now! I really worried over my HCG levels, so I know its no use saying dont worry. They are meant to double (or go up by 66%) every 2 days, but as you can see my didnt at first! Hope you feel more reassured tommorrow.
Good luck!

I think 72 seems okay. The doubling is more important thant the actual numbers. My numbers were really high and doc say it is probably twins. He doesn't even want to do a second test!!!! So I won't know if I am doubling, which makes me worry.

Honestly, the 2ww is a piece of cake compared to the crazy things I worry about now.

Oh by the way, congratulations!!!!!!

Trying not to worry ( too much),

I agree that the 2ww was easier than the worries I have now. I am driving dh crazy with every little thing I eat & drink & inhale  I don't want to clean because of the possible toxins but I want everything sterile so I don't get sick. The stomach flu is going around. Can you imagine? It's definitely worth the worries though. I have 3 children already & believe me the worries don't ever go away. I have found alot of info. on the hcg levels but they are all so different & I have seen where if they're too high that could mean a problem ,so I guess I just have to wait till tomorrow & know that they are somewhere in the "normal" range. The Dr. said anything above 25 is good so 72 must be my lucky #
