After ET my doc asked me to stay in bed for three days. I was not allowed to get up, just to go to the loo...
Was it OTT?
Has anyone been tols the same?
Anyway, did not work out for me as it was a BFN...

My hospital just say to carry on life as normal. However, Zita West (midwife - author of 'Fertility and Conception' which many of us have read) recommends at least 3 days complete bed rest after ET. (I did it last time and it nearly drove me bonkers - it's amazing just how hard it is).
