Oh my God!!!

Hi All, I am on day 10 of 2ww today and did a first response pregnancy test this morning(stupid i know!) but it showed 2 lines = positive!! Can you get a false positive? Now i can't get too excited because i don't believe its true. I think i'd have to do about 10 tests to convience myself anyway but does anyone know if this could be a blib and i'm not really pregnant? Help Adey xxxxx

Hi Adey I didn't tell anyone this not even my DP for a few days but I did 2 over three days from day 8 and I got 2 positives even though the line was quite faint!! So I guess from my experience you are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know exactly how you feel about not believing it and I didn't believe it until the hospital confirmed it. Relax, you've only got 4 more days before you get the official one. L O L Emma

Hi Adey OMG! That is fantastic - especially given the trauma you've had getting to this stage. Just think they wanted you to abandon at one stage!!!!! Try not to get too excited but do another test and see what it says. OMG I'm so excited for you!!!!! Stay calm, do another test and let us know what it says. Thanks all for your lovely messages. I've just done another one!! What am i like, and that was positive too!! Arghhhhhh! I think me and hubby both feel kind of numb because i won't be able to run around screaming my head off with happiness until its been confirmed on Wednesday(if it is) so just another 15 or so tests to do between now and then! I think its really hard to accept this cause like all of us on here you prepare yourself for the worst and we've all had lots of bad luck. I really hope this is our turn. I'll keep you all posted!
