I havent experienced AF pains in legs but i would still have the odd AF pain in tummy which apparently is normal. Something to do with the uterus stretching etc. I had no real symptoms at the very beginning either. Like you my boobs were only sore when i poked at them. I thought maybe i'd escaped the dreaded sickness, but at 5 weeks and 5 days it kicked in. Trust me, you don't want it!!! Everyone is different. You may be lucky and have nothing. Even though i spend most of my day with my head down the loo, i still didn't believe i was preg!! I can tell you the only thing that convinced me the pregnancy was real was my scan yesterday.
Congratulations on your pregnancy.
I didn't have calf pain in the first tri but I am definatley getting it now. I did have AF type pains in my thighs though, similar those I got when ovulating. I'm sure your pain is nothing to worry about especially if it is in both and not associated with any swelling.
Take care

Hi, My legs hurt ALL the time. I have never heard of it as an early pregnancy symptom, but have seen other women on other boards have similiar leg cramps. My legs do not ache when AF is due. I have just began to get nausea, but I have it early ( i am 5.5 weeks). My pregnancy books say it should not start until week 6-8. I think I might be carrying twins so I have high HCG which equals early nausea.
UGH - I wish I could remember where I read something about the cramping in the legs. It does mean something - not bad - but something hormone related. Maybe it was progesterone? Are you on a supplement?
I probably didn't help - but somebody has documented this symptom somewhere.
