Hi everyone! This board is such a great idea... I am undergoing the IVF process currently... I had a sono this morning and was told that I have 8-10 good follies in each ovary... they are predicting my egg retrieval to be thursday, 10/27/05 and the implantation to be done on sunday, 10/30/05... please pray for my hubby and i... i am so nervous and i am just praying that this all works out well... does anyone know how successful IVF is in general for unexplained infertility... I am 25 and DH is 27... my DH has been tested 3 times and everything looked great... and I have been checked so many times and with so many different tests that I can't even remember... but, after 3 years of trying I am just worried... any advice?

welcome! you have found a great place. Please come over to the general forum as this is where everyone talks after joining on the introductions. You will get heaps of support.
I haven't had IVF, not got to that stage yet. However, in the last 2 months there are heaps of girls here who have had it and are now pregnant. Just have a read through all the posts and you will see.
I have PCOS and am still trying clomid.
the only advice I can give you is get the Zita West book as it helps you make sure you are healthy when going through all of this. Its great.

Well done for your follies, that's a nice number! Be as relaxed as you can (I know, easy to say...) and you will find plenty of support for the 2ww.
Be confident, I think your young age is a big plus!
