positive HTP i have an important question

Hi everyone,

I need your help please. I did a pregnancy test 8 days after my 5 day blast and had a positive HTP. But today i passed a brownish discharge (sorry TMI) and now worried it's something bad. Has anyone has this happen and do you know what it means. My blood test is Thursday the 27th now I'm so scared I will get bad news. Please let me know if you know anything because now I'm scared to death.

my sister had a brown discharge for days before AF was due and then found out she was pregnant (he's 1 now). This wasn't after IVF but it was after injectables. I have heard about many women getting this and then being pregnant. It could be implantation bleeding.

Thanks for your response. It makes me feel alittle better that other girls have had this and still have ended with a good pregnancy. I only have 3 more days til my blood test i will let you know what happens. Thanks and good luck to you. Where are you in your cycle?

Hi Lisette

I'm not at IVF stage yet. Still on clomid, been ttc 2 years.

Am about to get AF which is fine as DH is away so it would be physically impossible to be pregnant!

Going to try one more more go on clomid and if that doesn't work, going to try without using anything for a few months (just acupuncture and chinese herbs and change in diet). If that doesn't work will be going back to clinic for injectables.

feeling positive at the moment thought as Hycosy showed clear tubes.

Brown blood is old blood and unless the discharge changes colour or quantity,its usually nothing to worry about..
