6 wks pg and no breast tenderness!

hi all

can anyone help me... my breasts were quite tender about 2 days ago and now they do not seem to be tender or sensitive or anything! even when i poke them!!

has anyone experienced this ? could this be a bad sign...?

Please try not to worry - there are some women who never experience lots of the so called "classic symptoms of pregnancy", you could be one of the lucky ones.

Take good care of yourself and keep focusing on the fact that you are pregnant.

thanks little p....you just cant help worrying! its just that i did have tender breasts and now they dont seem like they are at all and just worried what this could mean.....thanks for your support...

hello jay,
your post caught my eye, as this happened to me and I worried like mad!
But dont worry - my boobs only hurt for about 3 nights about 3am to be exact! and that was all. its only now that they are getting bigger and im 20 weeks. it really is nothing to worry about. ihave m/cs in the past amnd with one of those pgs i had really sore boobs for ages, so it doesnt really mean anything - everyone is different, and each pregnancy is too!

Abt tenderness in the boobs, It kind of waned off after the second month.. now no tenderness since the 2nd tri at all..

I had that too - started off really tender then it just seemed to get A LOT less. I completely convinced myself that everything was about to go wrong but so far so good (12wks 3 days). So Congratulations and Good Luck. Vicky

thanks kathryn and vicky well done and congrats on your pgs thats brilliant...you guys have made me feel so much better! its crazy you worry so much during the 2ww and then once you get a + you think that all the worrying is over but no, its just a new set of worrying!!

i know how u must be worried we think we should get everything textbook style but it jsut doesnt happen ..ur almost wishing the pain and soreness on arnt u ?? i never had sickness i was at the stage when i was waking up in the morning wishing it on looking at my ginger biscuits at the side desparate for the sickness feeling to come so it would be another confirmation that i was preggas but nope it never came
so just enjoy the pregnancy and think urself one of the lucky ones to of got away with it...thats not saying u wont get it still and if u breastfeed im sure little bubs will make up for it then ha ha

the best advice i can also give is listen and take note of wot these lovely ladies say on here they have excelant advice and u will get a lot of help and reassurance from it

hi thanks for your message and well done to you too....iys so funny but yes i want my breats to be tender i want to be throwing up everyday!!! its so mad but i just have to take each day as it comes and pray and hope for the best but thank you so much for all the support,....its brilliant....will keep you guys updated on what happens
