1st scan due 16/11 - crossing my fingers again.......can't believe it has worked so far - feel so lucky.

Hi folks it's so great to see so much good news, can I add my date my scan is booked for 4.11.05, at 6 weeks is that normal timing or is it different for everyone. Also I have had really bad backache and have a noticed ark brown discharge(I Know tmi) has anyone experienced anything similar I am desperate for some reassurance

Abt the brown discharge, I had it daily until I reached my 2nd tri- I was told by my doc to let them know if it changed colour to red or increased and go to the hosp immediately.Brown blood is old blood.

Every morning I wake up and can't believe it is still ok....
The 3 month wait seems as hard as the 2 week wait......

It has been crazy around here since my bfp. I started spotting last Sun. at 5weeks 3days. I had a scan & saw a gestational sack & yolk sack. We also saw it on Mon. On Tues. I had a small amount of red blood & thought it was over. I went for the scan & saw a tiny fetus with a tiny heartbeat. This was at 5 weeks 5 days. The spottong stopped Fri. & I go for another scan tommorrow. I am starting to get morning sickness so everything must be progressing. I just thought I would give an update. It looks like everyones doing well. Let's keep it up!

I think it may be all over for me I started bleeding on Friday and still am, just like a period not too heavy though, I have been told to wait and go for a scan on Tuesday morning, mixed feelings right now 1 minute I think it's over the next I think I could still be pgn. Has anyone had the same thing am I clutching at straws, it doesn't look good does it?

I did have 2 embryo's put back is there a chance it's just 1 my last mc was very different and very painful and the bleeding was much heavier and clotty.

I hope someone will answer me and tell me something positive, I really need it right now, I know how good you all are at providing that and I'm sure this time will be no different.

i have to tell you that i bled on and off thru my i.v.f. pregnancy.
brown blood IS old blood,
also they told me that i had twins and my bleeding was where one didnt make it.
i also had alot of bright red bleeding {tmi}, but my little madi lived to tell the tale even if she did come at 27 weeks small but perfect!!!!
so please dont lose hope, its horrible having to wait till tuesday, but do try to stay positive a little longer.

BubblyMichelle had bleeding and she has a one year old now..
I had bleeding as well, mostly brown blood and here i am..
You just think positive and keep us posted.
