Hi all. I'm back stronger than ever. Been looking for a Dec buddy thread to share my next cycle but one's still not made. Thought I'll start one. Going to start injecting in 12 days time.

Hello all,
I will be starting in DEC. (around the holiday as that is when AF is expected) I will go into January but would love to hang around here with you until the January thread is started. I have also taken a couple months off as I need to clean up my body and get real healthy. I need to lose some weight too!!!
I getting very anxious to start again but with work I have to wait til end of December.
Hope all is well with everyone!!!

Hello All,
Does anyone have any great ideas for getting ready? I am starting the end of December so I have 2 months to get ready.
I know.... Im taking prenatals and trying to diet and quitting smoking and trying to exercise. Is there some exercise that we shold not be doing? I am only walking on the treadmill or walking around the neighborhood (weather permitting)
Anyone have any ideas??

I think that you are doing alot. I just went through a FET and gained a little weight so am going on a diet and watching my weight before December. I take folic acid and eat right, but really there is not much else that I know of to do. Just the waiting until AF shows in Dec.
This is a real waiting game!!!

Hi all. I think if all goes to plan I will actually be testing around chirstmas time. Hopefully before, so I can actually enjoy christmas. How are you gals getting along? I'm starting my injections next week. Can't wait to start.

I'm about a week or so away from starting tmt, so I'm ready to hop on the infertility bus again.
Jackie, sounds like you have the right ideas. I think just being as healthy as you can is about all you can really control with this.

So I am only taking a prenatal right now.... should I be taking additional folic acid??
I know that the prenatal has it in it but is that enough or should I get a supplement?
