I know this is a stupid question but I am due for my 2ww Test on November 7 and if in fact it is positive, will that make me 2 weeks pregnant?

Hi I am 37 yrs and this is my first IVF cycle. I just had my transfer exactly 7 days ago. I can hardly wait unitl Nov 7, which is my preg test. Looking for buddies to help my anxiety.
As odd as it sounds, you will be in fact 4 weeks preg.
It's counted from day 1 of your last period, so ovulation will be on 2 weeks, and after the 2ww you will be 4 weeks, and so on....
I am 2 weeks preg, not even had the iui yet or sex with dh for that matter!!! I am 2 weeks preg though!!! Hahaha!!!!
So on the day you get BFP, you in fact 4 weeks.....
